Home on the Swan Avis 

over three months since i ordered and my order still hasn't been sent. terrible customer service.

Purchased an office screen from Home on the Swan back in January 2023 and am still waiting for it to be delivered in April 2023. I have requested the order be cancelled and am also still waiting for my payment refund. Purchase with this company with caution.

This business is a scam. Avoid avoid avoid.

Never received goods. Had to fight to get a refund and only received from card company not home on the swan. Absolutely terrible company. Just look at the reviews.

Purchased pendent lights. This is a scam website. Never received any reply to my many email over many weeks and the phone number is fake. Had to get bank involved to get a refund.

I ordered the item and didn't hear anything for weeks. Then I contacted customer service and they took a week or more to respond to my queries. Eventually I gave up and asked for a refund which again took weeks to process

DO NOT BUY FROM HOME ON THE SWAN!!!!

This online website is a scam. They take your payment but there’s no goods. They don’t have an active phone line as they list on the website. They need to be held accountable for scamming people out of money.

Wish i could give this company minus stars , ive been a waiting 84 DAYS !! to get my refund processed and im still waiting !

If there was no star I would give you that. I bought a pond pump in December and by February when it didn’t come I asked for a refund. I emailed to ask where it was and they couldn’t give me any information. I contacted australia post and they said they didn’t have it. I have tried to ring several times but always engaged. I have sent several emails but still waiting for my refund and it’s April now. Your customer service is crap and I will never buy anything again.

Item not shipped within 4 weeks of ordering - requested refund and told I would be notified of when refund was processed. After months of emails and broken promises of refund still no refund. Complaint has been made to consumer affairs. Do not purchase from this company - thieves

Haven’t received the product in over 3 months and haven’t received response to emails asking for updates.
