I purchased some lights from there or so I thought. I had the receipt. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything from the company, I emailed them. I had no reply. I then tried calling several times and their phone was always busy. Even called on different days. I emailed again and still had no reply. By this time I was wondering if they were a legit company so did some checking. I also noted that money wasn't taken out of my account. I still have not been able to contact them regarding my light order. I have ordered from somewhere else now but they have my credit card details which is a worry.

I’ve never received the item after 3 months and I’ve asked for a refund and I’ve heard nothing further on that either.
I always had to follow up and each time I got the same response that they were busy and my order would be put on the priority list. Then heard nothing further til the next time I would follow up.

We haven’t got our table and haven’t got any response about it or our money back. Worst communication and customer service. Would like an explanation

I ordered four months ago haven’t heard anything from them.

Ordered an item in February. Waited 2 weeks for a delivery date. Cancelled the order and am still waiting for the funds to be returned to my account.
Appalling customer service and slow to reimburse funds!

Did not deliver my order and will not refund me no matter how many times I have contacted them requesting this.

I ordered a pool blanket from you. I waited months also the summer and despite repeated inquiries, never arrived. I then asked for a refund and that hasn’t arrived.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I have been in business for over 35 years.

To date I have not received my order, have been sent numerous emails that it is in the pipeline, then offered a refund, to which I have not received. Would not rate this place at all - appalling service - well no service and would not shop there ever again - not that I have received my order, so can't say it was a shopping experience. Very very very poor!!!!

Do you not, I repeat, do not purchase anything from this company! I purchased pendant lights for over $300 in February, I received confirmation but no goods. I have then tried to get a refund but have been unsuccessful in this. In other words, they steal your money. I am still trying to get my money back from them through my bank. DO NOT buy anything!

Still waiting for a refund, months later

This is a scam website. Take your money and do not deliver anything. I have reported this to my bank as a fraud.

Products were not dispatched.
Discussion led to agreement of refund.
Refund was never delivered.
Currently our bank is trying to reverse the transaction as all communication from this supplier has stopped.
I would suggest to avoid this difficult situation - That you find a different supplier.

I am still awaiting the credit that has been promised as I never received the goods.

I did not receive my order of the 5th of February.
I finally cancelled it.
There has been no acknowledgement of the cancellation or refund.

I have purchased the 8 security camera since 2nd Feb and it’s now 3rd May 2023 and I still haven’t received my product. I’ve emailed many times and customer representative name “Lyn” has initially responded back saying I’d get priority then another email to ask if I wanted a refund. I still have not received a refund nor my product nor a response since.
I believe this website is a scam, please stay away from this website. They do not have the products they advertise.

We haven't had our delivery and have not had a refund as promised.

Nobody has got back to me.

I made my order in January and 3 months later I still do not have it and not getting a response to my previous 2 emails.

I ordered an item in January 2023. It’s now 22 April 2023. I have sent numerous email asking for a refund or send the product I ordered. They are responding to my emails saying they will follow up but….they aren’t.
No phone number to call them to discuss. Shocking company! I’ll continue to try and get either the item I ordered or a refund.
