Home on the Swan Avis 

Placed an order 18th December for a Christmas tree and finally received it 31st of December, kids were so upset and get Christmas without the tree, they can’t understand why 8hrs drive Melbourne to Adelaide taking that long.
The phone line is not working, the email answer is generic, will not order again.
I’m pleased that tree arrived and it’s a lovely tree of a very high quality, but it’s very late arrival ruined all the nice things.

When my order didn’t arrive I contacted Home on the Swan and I was told that my transaction for some reason had been flagged as fraud and this was the reason I hadn’t received the desk. Eventually a delivery arrived and my son was eager to build it as it was a desk for home schooling during lockdown. We opened the box and realised that half of the pieces were missing. When I contacted Home on the Swan I was told that it was common for part deliveries to arrive?? Another box was on way. When that arrived and we started to build, we had to measure every piece and mark it with chalk with its corresponding letter in order for the assembly instructions to make sense. The quality of the product was absolutely awful. The chipboard breaks extremely easily and we have now gotten rid of the desk after having it for a few months. It cost over $400. I won’t be buying from this company again.

Very simple ordering process. The Humm payment option is great for large purchases. My lounge arrived quickly and well packaged.

Very impressed with the quality. Wasn’t too sure considering the low prices. I will shop again and recommend to friends.

We are really pleased with the outdoor setting from Home on the Swan. Delivered promptly and my husband found it easy to assemble.

I purchased the 8ft Fibre optic Christmas tree , i bought it 7 days before christmas , it arrived as promised on the 23rd , its just Beautiful , extremely happy withe the purchase , very very Happy , thank you to the team at Home on the swan ,

have 2 orders from 18.19th december 1 email 20th on its way coming up to 24th courier hasnt received the item the 2nd order no news at all tried to find out no help from the swan first impression was hoping to recieve the item in time for xmas very disapointing

The order has not arrived. We asked twice to follow up with an order and no one helped.

The fully refund was provided.

Do not use the company, have ordered a product from them, have raised concerns with delivery and have zero urgency places on my concerns, I have had responses but no sense of urgency on my inquiries.

Do not use this website. There is no company it is a business name, with little or no presence in Australia. My goods were delivered damaged and months later still fighting for a refund. Everything about about returns etc on the website is concocted and not true. I have referred my issue to the NSW Department of Fair Trading. My last p[ost was removed. Be very careful.

I ordered a christmas tree and I was informed of the delivery date, the parcel arrived on the delivery date but low and behold we put the tree together and went to plug in the power source to the lights and we were trying to put a round plug in a flat square plug. I have had no response whatsoever from their customer service team and I now have two very disappointed grandchildren because Nana's tree is broken. No way to get money back because they didn't have PayPal. One very disappointed customer and I vow never to buy anything from them again. Please heed my warning!~!!!!!!

The order arrived of time and good quality. Value for money.

I ordered several weeks ago, I have not received a delivery date, contacted them by emaill, said they were out of stock, suggested an alterantive, I accpeted. Still no delivery date, impossible to speak to anyone. Terrible customer support. Would never recommend. I assume they are affiliate drop shippers who have no control over the order process. Just a guess though.

Where is my Christmas tree…
Placed an order for a Christmas tree on the 21st of November with a 3-7 day delivery. We specifically chose this site based on those time frames to ensure we could receive the tree in time to put it up on the 1st of December. We are now at December 5th and no one has contacted me back regarding the emails and phone calls I’ve left. An almost $600 tree that is not here for Christmas! You should be ashamed at your disgusting customer service. I will name and shame you on social media until I am blue on the face. Maybe then someone will respond.
