Week 3 - and i am still chasing my order. This feels like you do not have any business ethics and definitely no good management of your customer orders.

I can highly recommend not using this company and I wish I was able to upload photos as supporting evidence of the woeful quality of the furniture we purchased. Customer service was good during my initial complaint however after sending photographic evidence of the quality I have not heard back from them. I've now sent 7 emails requesting someone call me, and have have no response. Conveniently the number on the website is not attended to. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

2 Seater outdoor lounge came in 12 pieces and was a DIY job - nothing on the website tells you this. While putting together we noticed it was made of very low quality and flimsy material.
We sat on this longe twice before it came apart. Terrible Qurans not worth half the price we paid. Very disappointed.

Terrible quality armchairs.
I purchased 2 recliner armchairs and while the description showed them as being suede in dark charcoal (almost black), they were actually grey upon arrival and definitely not suede material. Terrible, rickety quality - they smell cheap and nasty, and are very uncomfortable. After unpacking them and putting them together, it's hardly worth the effort and expense of taking them apart and returning them. Delivery was great - quick and efficient.

An amazing piece, have had my eye on it for a while. It ties in beautifully with my dining table nc colour theme

Bought a storage box on 29th August .. shipping shows it was picked up on 1st Sept by Aramex.. have not seen anything or heard from anyone.. no shipping updates ..no answers from this company.. no one to speak to.. total disgrace in customer service.. my only recourse is the ombudsman and Depth. of Fair Trading.. how many emails must one send to get answers .. of course they are quick to take the money

Don't buy here. I purchases a bathroom cabinet, 3 door.
Product arrived with broken shelving and have contacted the Co continuously with no outcome. Waste of money and time.

terrible service, I was expecting two parcels to arrive and I only received one, and nobody can tell me where the second parcel is. I can only contact them through email because they are not picking up the phone. no one has bothered to ring and talk to me over the phone.
days have gone by and still no answer as to where my goods are that I have payed for and still not received since the 4th of September.

Bloody hopeless. First didn't respond to us, then sent two chairs but only enough screws in a pkt for ONE.
Disgusted in their slack service.
