Overall we are very happy with Homerun as our ATS system. Working together with the whole team on different vacancies work well.
The only reason it is not a '5 star' for me is because I would like some extra functionalities and data insights.

It is easy to apply for annual leave, and other things can be submitted via my profile, plus the interface is much better than other platforms.

As software engineer, I am not too familiar with hiring space, but Homerun made it very easy. Our hiring team set everything up, and I was invited to simple interface - read CV, read Q&A, and give a star rating, go next.
Specifically I was very happy with automatic previews of PDF and DOCX files, so I didnt need to download them - simple, fast, and with data protection in mind.
