Homerun has been a great experience! Intuitive, organised, and efficient.

I've been using Homerun for a long time now. It used to be called Staff Squared, so a good while! I've used it for recording tasks that need to be achieved which has helped me with navigating multiple projects. The calendar is an absolute must for me. I can see so many details that actually matter. In particular I can see when other staff members have booked holidays. This helps me plan projects around the staff and also the odd Holiday for me! All in all a superb application that works with me!

It works! I think overall it has a nice UI, its not over complicated and is good for a team that is doing a couple listings over a few months.

Fast and helpful customer support, clean and efficient overview of jobs and candidates, and time-saving automations available all for the best price we could find!

Simple, easy to use and time saving have all communications consolidated in one place. It's mitigated the need to use individual platforms like linkedin, indeed and gmail , instead this is all synced up and keeps everything updated and tidy for the whole team to view the progress and status of each recruitment.

Really helps us with our recruitment funnel.

I use Homerun as a Marketing Specialist, mainly for managing our careers website and setting up vacancies. It's easy to use, and the level of customisation is great.

One downside is that we receive quite a lot of spam submissions through the forms, and I haven't found a way to reduce that yet. The website analytics are also fairly limited. You can see page views and traffic sources, but not much beyond that. That said, it's enough for our current needs.

Overall, I'd definitely recommend Homerun from a marketing perspective!

We gebruiken Homerun inmiddels al een aantal jaar als ATS en zijn over het algemeen erg tevreden. De interface is overzichtelijk en intuïtief, waardoor nieuwe collega's er snel mee kunnen werken. Kandidaten zijn duidelijk georganiseerd en het hele recruitmentproces is eenvoudig te volgen.

Een van mijn favoriete functies is het plannen van interviews en andere recruitmentevents. Dit bespaart veel tijd en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokkenen vanuit één centrale plek werken.

Er zijn natuurlijk ook verbeterpunten. Om bepaalde informatie terug te vinden moet je soms behoorlijk veel doorklikken. Daarnaast zou ik graag uitgebreidere rapportagemogelijkheden zien. Voor onze recruitmentanalyses willen we bijvoorbeeld eenvoudig kunnen zien hoeveel kandidaten of events er per vacature en per maand zijn geweest. Op dit moment moeten we daarvoor handmatig door kandidaten scrollen en aanvullende Excel-dashboards bouwen om onze recruitmentfunnel inzichtelijk te houden. Dat kost onnodig veel tijd.

Ondanks dat laatste blijft Homerun voor ons een prettig en gebruiksvriendelijk ATS dat dagelijks veel structuur brengt in ons recruitmentproces. Met sterkere rapportages en meer analysemogelijkheden zou het voor mij een 5-sterrenproduct zijn.

Wij waren op zoek naar een makkelijke manier om vacatures en sollicitaties te managen. Eerder waren wij veel tijd kwijt aan overleggen over geschikte kandidaten en de communicatie met de kandidaten.
Met Homerun is het makkelijk te overleggen met je collega's over kandidaten maar ook uitnodigen en/of afwijzen is een stuk makkelijker geworden. Geen gedoe met 4 agenda's naast elkaar leggen omdat iedereen zijn agenda kan koppelen.

Our favorite feature of Homerun is how easily it facilitates team collaboration. We can leave internal notes, rate candidates, and share feedback directly on a applicant's profile without clogging up our Slack or email inbox. It keeps everyone aligned and makes hiring a true team effort.

My business has used (formerly Staff Squared) HomeRun for many years. The website is user friendly, the time off and birthday calendar for all of the company is useful for managers, and all the new updates to the platform like performance reviews and 1:1s are great.
