Homery Avis 21

Bought all my appliances from Homery / Shop appliances. Range was not in the order. I tried to contact the company and no response. After 2 weeks I complained and wrote a bad review. Then Joseph Fouerti called and said that he would refund me. I just have to take down the review. I said it’s an honest review. He promised me a refund and even sent me a refund letter. I have contacted Teddy Fazel, Brisilda Nerjaku and Bill Nelson. It’s been almost 30 days now and no refund. This company is horrible. They kept my money and never delivered the range. Lied and made excuses the whole time.

I am not usually one to post reviews, but in this situation, I felt it was necessary. We ordered a product from Homery and unfortunately, it was incapable being installed. The customer service from both the technician and the representatives on the phone could not have gone smoother in the end. We were very satisfied with the customer support given and would highly recommend dealing with this company and ordering their great products for anyone out there interested in a high-end appliance we could not have been happier with our experience with this company and look forward to working with him again.

Do not use this business. They had the chance to cancel an item from being loaded until the truck for me and intentional did not and forced me to pay a restocking fee. They hid my first review.

Homery has the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a question about my order, and they were so helpful and responsive. The coffee table I bought is perfect for my space, and the quality is top-notch.

Smooth Experience from Start to Finish
I had a great experience with Homery! The process was straightforward, and everything arrived as expected. Communication was clear, and the team was helpful when I had a few questions. It's rare to find a company that's this reliable. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.

So just to add more reason. They had promised a refund by yesterday or latest today and not a word. I now filed a dispute on them from Synchrony. What a crooked company, they do not want to reverse charges for an item I never recieved.

I recently purchased the Forno FFRBI180533WHT from Homery, and I'm happy with the way everything worked out. After finding a generous coupon from coupert, it seemed like a good idea to replace our old dinosaur refrigerator. For its compact size, this fridge offered more space, and the temperature control works on the fly. The shipping and handling of the product was very seamless and before I knew it I didn't have to think about getting a new fridge, and I don't think I will for the foreseeable future.
