The snagger who looked at our new build found 128 faults.We did expect minor things .He found some major faults to the brickwork and windows which we would not have seen.He also found major problems to the living area floor.Alhough it was upsetting at the time to see our lovely new home as such a disaster area, inthe long term he has saved us from massive heart ache and expense as we decided not to complete .
You may think they are expensive but we feel they saved us a small fortune .

Keith gave us a really thorough survey of our new home, which we're so grateful for. There was great attention to detail and Keith explained a lot of his findings as he went about the survey. He really put us at ease and found so many things we'd never have spotted ourselves!

Thermal imaging was a particularly helpful aspect as we've identified some issues with sealing around exterior doors. Their drone survey is a great way to check for loose tiles too - which were found on our house.

They even had our completed survey sent over to us by that very same evening. Really fantastic service - we would recommend Keith and Julie to anyone who asked!

Julie has an incredible eye for detail & pointed out so many things I never would have noticed. She explained everything thoroughly & offered really great advice. Would definitely recommend!

This Company is such a professional outfit, Julie in the office is always there to assist with any inquiries. Keith completes a very detailed surveyors report with Photos, its so easy to understand, if your going for a new build property, this survey is a must, Keith doesn't just highlight simple snagging jobs he goes right into detail with everything, including all fire risks and picks up on any building regulations which haven't been adhered too.
Just don't buy a new build property without having one of these surveys.

Very pleased with the recent survey completed by Keith. This was at the 18 month stage so that all snags can be remedied before the end of the 2 year warranty on my DWH new house. Keith was very thorough, with external and internal checks, including roof ( drone used), and loft. At my request a thermal survey was also undertaken which identified some clear faults in my heating system.
