Very thorough and professional and also gave very helpful and useful advice on how to deal with getting the snags fixed. Spotted some really important things such as the thermals and where I was losing heat which will save a lot of money during the winter months.

We've had the snagging done on September 2023 but kept forgetting writing the review for this great company.
The experience was good from the beginning, only requiring a small deposit to secure the appointment and the remaining to be paid after the actual snagging inspection.
Keith has been superb to day the least. Took his time to explain what he's doing and what he's looking for to this complete novice regarding new houses and building in general. Seems like he's got a great and lengthy experience in the sector and it shows in the way he conducts the inspection and answers any questions. Our house was a Barrat Homes new built and even we though there thankfully no major issues the report still picked up quite a bit of medium to lots of small issues to be sorted.
I definitely recommend this company and Keith in particular helped put new owners at ease.

If you’re looking for attention to detail, Keith is amazing! He comes with so much knowledge and background having worked in construction for many many years, he knows all the tricks and all the bits developers like to try and hide.
He was so easy to get on with and was happy for me to pick his brain about all sorts while he did his survey. He didn’t rush and he listened to my concerns.
The report is in a great easy to read format for those that’s are like me and I have no idea about the world of building.
