I can't thank Lucy and Keith enough for their advice, and professionalism. Lucy, with her knowledge over the phone, is what led me to choose this company. Keith was thorough, patient and generally excellent as he conducted the snagging survey. Detailed photos and descriptions of all issues were sent to me promptly upon payment. There were numerous issues that I hadn't identified myself.

The on-site staffs are nice and polite.
The snagging report is informative with pictures clearly shows where are the issues.
It would be better if I can go through the issues at once during the snagging time. Then, I can have a brief idea and so it would be more easier for me to match each points inside the report to the issues of the house.

Highly recommend anyone whom wants a snagger, in our case our home was a new build and they found some key areas such as incorrect window fitting, which is something we would of not spotted ourselves and many other areas, this allowed us to get these snags resolved before/during our move in period.

Brilliant, knowledgeable and super friendly

Julie is a friendly competent thermal & snagging inspector. Ahe did a thorough job of checking out this 1973-built house, did a good post-job brief of her findings in plain English and recommended some mostly-simple remedies. As she doesn't do remedial work herself, I felt confident that the remedies she suggested would not be by way of job creation for a builder.

Had my new home snagging done on 8th Jan and the service I have received was pretty amazing. Julie arrived before time and by the time I reached the place she has already started looking at the exterior of the house. She was really thorough in the analysis and pointed out things that wouldn't have been visible to us at all. She also noted down some of my things that I have observed in the report.
