Shirts fit pretty well but when I saw they sent a Xlarge instead of a large, I expected a hassle from customer support in getting a replacment. But nope, they sent out another within the hour and let me keep the XL. It was all unexpectedly pleasant.

Zero customer service
Ordered a rechargeable flashlight but came without the battery. 5 months of trying to contact customer service without any response and have all not given up and will have source my own battery. Do not use this company, they don’t care about customer service quite clearly.

Very cheap material
Very cheap material, more like a polyester shirt. Very shiny. A lot of strings hanging out from seams. Will be returning. I usually wear a large, ordered an XL and it is more like a crop top.
