Took money and no product , how do we report this website I don’t understand how they are even operating scammers

Very poor quality made in China. AKA WORTHLESS CHINESE JUNK.

Absolute joke, paid for an item on 9thDec 2024 still waiting for delivery.

Ordered a gift for Christmas on the 12th December with estimated delivery of 1 week. There was no item or response when i emailed customer services prior to Christmas. I then received an email on 26th December to say that it had been dispatched, to which i responded regarding previous emails to cancel, still no response. The items were then received on 4th January so I emailed again to request an address to return the items in order to get a refund, still no response. Avoid this website at all costs!

Avoid. Ordered something on 11th of December. Still not arrived. Try to track it on shop and the status just says “ready to ship”. Emailed them on Boxing Day to ask that they cancel the order and refund me, however, still not had any response from them. Terrible service.

Wish to god I had read these reviews first.
Spent over £30 and no delivery. How are they allowed to advertise with all these bad reviews.

Do not order from this company. Paid for a gnome advent calendar and what arrived was a load of plastic tat. This was a gift so a complete waste of money. Wish I’d read reviews on here first!!

Total fraudsters, do not buy anything from this site EVER. Ordered a 'squishmallow' advent calendar at the start of November, not only did it not arrive until 12th December (helpful for an advent calendar) but when it did arrive it's a total knock off and not at all the item listed on their site. Rather than 24 cuddly fabric legit squishmallows I've got 24 tiny rubber replicas, the box has been printed themselves and all the fonts and printing is messed up. This is your classic 'ordered from wish' meme come to life. Have contacted customer services several times and obviously no reply. Scammed to the max!

Half of the 2 item order was incorrect. After 3 emails/web messages I contacted my credit card for a refund. Gladly I have the refund.
Juicecat never got back to me.
I'd recommend to not use them unfortunately.

Absolutly rubbish. Ignore their site reviews. They lie. Ignore their site photos... they lie! Horror calendar my ar.e. Weird plastic and rubber thingies. No "classic horror characters" yet and not holding my breath.

Do not order, item never received and have taken money!!

Would like to give zero stars as one star is too generous for this company. Order the Gnome advent calendar and as all others only four gnomes, the rest plastic Christmas cake decorations !

I brought the Gonk calendar for my granddaughter she has had 1 gonk other than that nasty plastic small toys well not even toys not sure what they are. Absolutely disgrace how can this be right

I wish I had read the reviews, Day 9 and noy 1 gnome as yet, in fact day 7 never even had a item in it. they never reply to any of the 5 emails I have sent them either and I can not find a telephone number to question a refund from them

Ordered the gnome calendar, expected 24 gonks, got cheap plastic toys one was broken and when contacting customer service have had no response yet. I'm no longer touching the site, disappointed
