I purchased a book around the 1st of May from flownwing. I was notified 5/9 that the order was shipped. I have not received it and notified them on 5/26 that order was not received and "tracking button" did not provide tracking, it only leads to their shopping site. A tracking update was emailed 5/27 to me, which showed the package in Dallas and departed 5/19. I am only in So. Fla., yet another month passed. I sent another email, again requesting replacement or refund, because shipment was clearly lost or was never shipped. I was still giving them a chance to replace the item because I really wanted it. On 6/5 their reply was that my order had been DELIVERED. Their proof? They sent me a copy of the original invoice, not delivery records. My last email stated that they could not have any evidence whatsoever that the package was delivered to my address, because I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. So now I just want a refund. Guess what? NO RESPONSE.

I ordered a 30 page flip and read for my grandchildren and I received it within a few weeks, my grandchildren loved it, I bought 2. I read some reviews but I have no complains at all.

Purchased Bible Tabs but never received them! Requested a refund via email. Replies to those email conversations went..."wait one more week." One week later, emailed requesting a refund... "how about 20 percent refund and wait one more week." Will request a charge back from my CCC. Terrible company!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM FLOWNWING!

Bible Bracelets. Scam. Do not work. False Advertising! Come from China. Website states returns accepted but no one responds to return requests via email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Sad they are using God loving people to commit fraud on.

Product wasn't what was advertised. Cat toy. No movement just a soundbox that the cat could easily get to and choke on the battery. Worth about $3 not $19. False advertisement about product.

Never received my order. Customer service did not reply to my email. Scam.

How terribly sad that people can be so deceitful. None of these verses are correct and most don't even exist. Example ,Ps 165? There is only 150 psalms. I will be asking for a full refund. Please dont purchase .

I wish l would of read reviews first, l got scammed, Do not order from this company, it’s sad to see a company use products of being faithful to our god to scam people out of there money… Be aware, This company uses people, they do not serve people.

Ordered a Christmas game on Dec. 4, 2024, never received it but my credit card was charged. I reached out to them a number of times and the only response was that item was delivered. Well it was not delivered to me! Terrible customer service - will not order again and I would advise you not too as well.

Don’t order from this company. I got item 3 weeks later. Order 1 week before Valentine, Needs for valentines came in 2 weeks later after that. Message company and never got a true response. Very disappointed. Don’t order they are a scam. Lucky for me it was only 37.00 but I bet they have gotten others for a lot more. Sorry company

This company is a scam! I bought Christian Bible bracelets for my grandsons. I have never received them! I have emailed and received no response from them. My husband also ordered bracelets for us and our daughters and never received any response either!

I ordered cat toys that are described as “chirping, flapping wings, and interactive.” It was an outright SCAM. I received a cheap miniature stuffed animal. I requested a refund and did not hear back. This company should not be allowed to advertise products in the USA - it is a SCAM.

Ordered Valentines for my grandkids on Jan 13th. Today is February 17th and they never arrived. My order has disappeared from my account on their site. I think I’ve been scammed. I wish I had researched before I ordered.

It was a great idea -- a little bracelet with an NFC code that you tap to your phone and it produces a Bible verse. First of all, it took so long to come that I forgot I'd ordered them. Then when they finally arrived, I tapped it and it showed me this verse: "Then Peter got down out of the boar, walked on the water and came toward Jesus. - Matthew 29:14."

That sounded lovely, but THERE IS NO 29TH CHAPTER OF MATTHEW.
The next one had God declaring it was not good for man to be alone in the book of Joshua, then it had the command to "get ready to cross the jordan river into the land I am about to give them - to the Israelites" -- they had that listed as coming from Matthew 7:4.

Then the website went down completely. It was down for about 10 days, and when it came up it continued with the random matching of Bible verses and references.

I've written them 3-4 times with not so much as the courtesy of a response. Great pity; I wanted these for our ministerial staff, and then wanted to gift them to my Bible students and teenagers. They would laugh me out of my frock if I approached anyone at church with this madness.

This is terribly offensive, and should be illegal; I think they only remain in business because we are so biblically illilterate.

There is no record of my order on their site, and no tracking of package is available. I did not see all the bad reviews until it was too late. All I have is a receipt. Really unhappy with this company.

Do not trust this company. They are a big scam. They sent me junk then wanted me to pay shipping back to China to get a refund. It was not at all what they advertised. Customer service is a joke. Stay away!!

I cannot figure out the Bible verse bracelet. No matter where I hold it up to, no verse comes on the screen as promised. It comes with no directions at all. Pretty sure I've been scammed.

It sucks I can’t give 0 stars. I ordered some bible verse bracelets from this site 2 months ago and still haven’t received anything. I emailed customer service and they responded saying I would receive them soon and still nothing. I emailed them again and now no response

Only gave them one star because I couldn’t leave -0- stars. Order was never received. SCAM!!!
