It was very easy to order... I usually don’t order online because I’m afraid of being scammed and I have to touch and see what I buy.. stepping out on faith.. can’t wait to give them to family for Christmas

This would be another -10 review if possible. It has now been 28 days since the item was "shipped." For the last 20 days the item is showing "LAX, Transfer to delivery supplier." I have contacted the company demanding to know where our item is, and to give us a partial refund. I do not hold out much hope..this company is a SCAM. Avoid at all costs.

Their company mottos:
No customer service (#3 on their "priorities").
No product (violates #2, as in excellent product).
No delivery (violates #1, as in excellent cost...).

Beautiful product! Can't wait to give the stationery advent calendar to my girls. Website was easy to use. In and out in a couple of minutes!

edit: arrived today (11/21). two week delivery time was fine this time as it's a Christmas gift, but it would have been nice to know it was shipping from China before the tracking info arrived.

Never received order. Asking for refund and no reply. Never again and after reading all of the reviews, NO ONE SHOULD ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Scam!!!

If I could give a negative 10, I would. The box is only 7" X 8" so I'm sure the Gnomes are only little pieces of junk!! Certainly not even close to what was advertised!! Buyer beware!!!!!

Ordered the gnome advent calendar and got 2 small little boxes. Not the large one I ordered. Waiting to hear from customer service to return this garbage

Placed an order and didn’t receive confirmation email. I think it is a scam on Facebook and when I opened the invoice on the shop app my credit card details hadn’t been used so I was so grateful to them. I then purchased similar from Amazon.

They do not adhere to their posted shipping policies. I ordered something for a Christmas gift and they did not even ship for weeks way past their stated policy and refused a refund. Very bad polices. Order id you want to be left holding the bag and having to rush and re-buy a gift since this will never arrive in time if at all

I saw an ad on social media and clicked on it to purchase, but it did not work. So I went directly to your site and it was very easy to navigate. And I even got a discount code as a new customer. So far, I'm happy with the experience. Can't wait to receive the products, especially the gnome advent calendar.

Buyer beware. I ordered something over a month ago - still hasn't shipped and they won't return messages. This is really a negative star reading but you're not able to do that. They are awful 😖

Terrible or non-existent customer service.
I ordered a month ago with no updates, despite reaching out to their support email.

I won't be ordering from them again and I'll be surprised if I ever receive the Advent Calendar I ordered.

Easy to order

I ordered two letters that light up but one was great and the other was defective. I checked it carefully and saw that one of the wires was not connected. I have sent 3 emails to customer service asking for guidance and help but have been ignored for 10 days now.
