He made the whole process a lot easier than expected, and he made sure I understood fully before we went forward with anything else. new personel without the attitude they should be there to help not hinder always had to book an appointment to even talk with them . and taking too much time to do the job . stalling doesnt take 6 to 8 weeks to check out a person. will not do again .

Professional and knowledgeable staff
Madison was very investment manager and she stayed in constant communication with me and answered any question that I may have had regarding the process. Also, my appraiser worked around my schedule and accommodated when it was needed. Both were very professional.

The whole process went well on my term staff was pretty much courteous and well mannered explaining stuff. In crushing numbers, charts, projections as well as the dos and don't.
Everything went pretty smoothly no rush and things were well explain. Staff was on point, pretty savvy in crushing numbers and very courteous.

I would like to provide feedback regarding Braxton, who provided me with exceptional care throughout the HEI process. Although the process can be lengthy, Braxton remained consistently engaged, following up with me daily and maintaining open communication at all times.
He was reliable, straightforward, and communicated information clearly and factually, which made the entire experience much smoother and more reassuring. I truly appreciated his professionalism and dedication.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend working with Braxton.
