The planning and installation went very well. A self acclaimed reputable company not so very reputable when it comes to investigating issues with the installation during the guarantee period.

The workman were very polite and helpful by going the extra mile. Job was done quick and the windows are perfect.
I will use the company again if I need anything else installed. In or around the house. I recommend them.

The sale staff , fitters and office staff are polite and helpful and can't help you enough. The fitting team were brilliant clean tidy and very helpful.There workmanship is excellent. Lovely elegant windows and doors. The aluminium frames are perfect for our house and have turned our ugly duckling of a house into a beautiful swan. The only minor negative was that the fitters would arrive at 10am and leave at 2pm which meant the installation took longer but this was not a problem for us.

Windows were fitted by two great fitters Jake and Jude. They made a lovely job and were accommodating when I wanted to raise the front door. There was a slight imperfection with the head of our Bifold doors which they brought to my attention, ordered a replacement frame head and rectified it the next day.

Great service, would definitely use again.

Excellent company. There was a mistake in one of the glazing sizes, but this was rectified within a few days. I am very happy with the finished product. This company were a recommendation to me from a friend and I would definitely recommend them!

I had a problem with French doors that had been installed for several years which would not lock. Hometec responded as an emergency and I was able to secure the house. The fitter was very friendly and efficient. Excellent customer service.
