Excellent customer service. Explained when it would be delivered and was able to track delivery. Nicely done.

Paid for a bed to arrive and should have been here today when chased the company for an update on delivery all they had to say on the matter was "The transport team is currently planning, and as of now, we do not have a delivery date."

This is poor explanation and business model

Delivery was very slow, 😞 I ordered a small double bed, when I had built it I noticed they had sent me a normal double bed, so my new mattress didn't fit, I've now got to spend more money on another mattress. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company.

States pretty clearly on companies house . Dissolved……. Try phoning them , see what happens. Had to get a refund from b&q

Disgraceful service ordered a bed through the range. Cancelled the first scheduled delivery on the morning then rescheduled for the next day waited in all morning and they never turned up no communication what a waste of time!! Avoid this company!!

I order single bed frame, HUGE mistake!!!! In the B&Q online store was mention that this bed is solid wood and can effort 180 kg person. Fully bulshit, on way to assembling my husband said that this is Ikea style anf bed frame is weak. So I not gona let my 25 kg son to sleep there, he will break it!
When I call to return after 3 days comunnication is slowly, taft and they avoid to answer. Additionally want to fit this rubish in same box, that is impossible!!! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!! AND WANT TO CHARGE ME £50 FOR COLLECTION.
Yesterday I spoke with Citizen Advice and they explain me clearly UK customer rights that I have 14 days change my mind!!!!
So this company should not charge me, I still waiting since 1 week and half to collect this joke called solid bed frame.
Home Treat mislead customers in the B&Q site, ruin B&Q reputation and if they continue in this manner Citizen Advice Consumer advice me to write full explanation to Consumer Ombudsman.

Such a bad experience and nightmare!

We ordered a bed from Home Treats and it stank. They asked us to leave it in a well ventilated room, which we did, but it still smells. If we want a refund we’re now expected to provide the packaging (we had to get rid of the original packaging as it stank) and pay for the postage. Would never order from them again!

Absolutely lovely company& the guys that work there are so accommodating. Bought bed off amazon& after zero help from amazon about when we would get our bed went directly to them& they couldnt have beemore helpful. Would absolutely buy direct from them next time not amazon Wasnt even aware we could buy direct but know now.

Poor quality of bed we ordered, main element broke within 4 months and cannot be fixed. Home Treats say that certain parts in the bed only carry a 3 month warranty. On checking our broken part carries a 1 year guarantee but they are refusing to honour it. usually beds come with a minimum of 1 year warranty up to 5 years in some cases. Response emails from Home Treats are robotic and don't deal with issue and go unanswered and 6 weeks later back to square one. In addition to poor quality their customer service department is below standard. I would stay away from this company.

Ordered 2 curtain poles from Amazon. They arrived the next day. However the poles come in short pieces which you screw together - good for making the correct length but when you come to pull the curtains the hooks catch on the joints. Not the best!

2hr time slot 2-4pm great but not sure is was working on the day as it kept saying from 8am 2 deliveries before you so was worried they were going to arrive whilst I was out. It did eventually work but later in the day.
However they turned up on time, delivery was super fast. I did have to ask if they could take it upstairs for me but no questions asked and they did.
Very polite.

Ordered wall panels direct from b&q website over a week ago, items still have not been dispatched so fair to say I am another person who this company have taken £160 off and not delivered the goods as advised, I’ve requested a charge back and hopefully the bank can investigate and ressolve

Cheap quality, and they charge a lot of money. Can’t get in contact or through to anyone as well.

No item delivered, no assistance, no response, no refund. Completely fraudulent. Avoid at all costs, this retailer seems to be a scam.

Absolutely terrible service and customer service. I ordered 4 oak wall panels from them and I needed to order 1 more panel and they had the cheek to tell me we no longer deliver to your region. I offered to pay for delivery or collection and I’ve been ignored and no one picks up the phone or responds to emails. Don’t order from here because there a waste of time.

Bought a bed from B and Q to be supplied by home treats got tracking van showed up on time but did not stop there are 4 streets in my neighbourhood did not come down mine even with us waving at him they left with message on website saying they tried to call or text me never did down right lie so called b and Q they were nice and polite sent then a message as did I. Next thing is they refunded me and said I would have to re order

Ordered through B@Q , home treats just cancelled and refunded my order (within 14days ) with no explanation of why , cancelled this order within 2 hours of me ordering it . Phoned B&Q but they were given no reason as to why it was cancelled, they need to drop this supplier

Thankyou for an excellent service and experience from start to finish. The bed itself looks outstanding and I can't believe the quality of the bed for the price I paid. Blown away with my purchase.
