Brought an aesthetic looking bed from here and it was the best priced on the market. Delivery was super quick even on a bank holiday, I could track live delivery and best of all the delivery men were so helpful, brought the bed up three flights of stairs. Would definitely buy from here again.

Order ‘delivered’ over a week after stated on the website only to discover they’ve dropped off someone else’s products. Customer service is absolutely awful and so difficult to get hold off, I can’t believe B&Q are risking their reputation by listing them. Avoid!

Customer service is zero. I purchased a rattan garden set from B&Q hometreats were the 3rd party the glass table top was delivered smashed, I left over 25 voicemails as they NEVER picked up the phone & sent over 40 emails, some emails were replied to with an AI asking me if I was having a good day. Every email I asked them to contact myself I sent a contact number, nothing. In the end I ended going into B&Q who managed to get in touch, they promised to call within 48 working hours. 4 days later nothing. B&Q have refunded the full amount but I still am left with the disposal of a smashed glass table.

Avoid !!!!

Didn't deliver the bed in full, failed to send the missing items then attempted to make us pay to return the items they had sent before they will refund our money. Criminal, in direct breach of the consumer rights rights act. Extremely rude service and corrupt and unlawful.
