If it had 0 stars that’s what I would have put 2 weeks ago I placed an order and u can’t get in touch with anyone 4 emails I have sent and not 1 response absolute shocking company and will never order from them again 🥊

After placing an order on 14th August i have still not received my order. I have sent numerous emails as there is no actual contact number available. If they do not respond within the next two weeks i shall be contacting trading standards.

Love the monkey for my plant pot. The company got our monkey to us within about a week and half. Which was great as the restriction with covid was in full swing. Will order from this company again

I have ordered several times now with Viviana, from bed throws to duvet covers, tea light holders to glitter pencil cases and I can honestly say, the customer service is just as fantastic as the quality. Considering we are in the midst of a pandemic, the orders are arriving so quickly and efficiently and I am very pleased with the amazing quality. The fleece duvet has to be my favourite, nothing better than a warm cosy bed when it’s almost below freezing outside! Thank you and I will definitely be shopping here again!
