Great service and product
Great service, package arrived promptly and the contact with the Company was spot on. I am based on the Isle of Wight so the service was slightly different for me, but I cannot fault the care, particularly from Nick.

Dented zanussi double oven dumped at door
Double oven arrived with a huge dent in the top. Not sure if it will make a difference. Delivery men dumped it earlier than specified saying they were not taking it in house as you didn’t pay for unpacking service! As I wasn’t fitting it right away I didn’t really want it unpacked but beware that’s is what happened.

As a landlord their service was brilliant. We provided them with a Specification, they provided us with there ranges with advice. Once agreed we passed on details of tenant and they did the rest. Arranged, installed and removal of old appliance. All in a timely manner.
could not recommend this fast and friendly service enough. Definitely will be using them again at some point in the future

Still waiting for my washer to be delivered, been a week now and not been delivered for another 5:days. Service is awful, my washer was ordered on 11 April 25

Customer ordered on Friday 11th as stated late in the day after transport had collected. Item was packed and despatched the next working day on Monday 14th. Delivery was to a 'Rural' area which is covered every Friday and Monday and the planned delivery just happened to fall over the Easter Holiday Weekend. As you can see from the other excellent reviews our drivers work exceptionally hard and long hours. We have to let the drivers spend some time with their families at Christmas and Easter. So a special run has been added for the start of the week when back at work. Friday 11th to Tuesday 22nd may be 11 physical days but because of weekends and the Easter Holidays it is technically 5 working days and our delivery terms are 3-5 working days but some rural areas may take longer. Sorry you have been so unlucky with this, had it been ordered 2hrs earlier in the day it would of been packed and collected by transport the same day and delivered on Monday 14th April. Your postcode being covered on a Friday and Monday and it being Easter Holidays has caused the delay but we will add a special run to the schedule for your area as soon as we are back. I hope our explanation gives a little window into the world of logistics and how a order received after our 2pm cut off on a Friday (Friday 11th in this case) can change the whole planning schedule for your delivery Enjoy your Easter Holiday. Fabulous new dishwasher with a minor…
Fabulous new dishwasher with a minor ding to the side which is hidden by the kitchen units. Absolutely thrilled with it as was a bit dubious as to whether the item would be in full working order as ex display and not ordered from Homewise before. Very impressed
