Excellent Social Media Solution

I was looking for a more cost effective option than Hootsuite. Hopper HQ is actually better and much easier to navigate. The Bulk edit and drag and drop calendar are easy peasey.

Hopper has made posting for my car…

Hopper has made posting for my car business so much easier. Just add Pictures and a caption choose where you want it to post to. For us it is Instagram and Facebook and then choose when you wanna post it. Its that easy!

Sketchy renewal policy: avoid

The tool is ok - a bit clunky, to the extent that I found myself not using it much, and then not at all.

A year later, I saw a charge on my credit card for recurring subscription to Hopper. They hadn't notified me that the plan was due to renew, so I asked them to refund the charges. They refused to do so.

This is a super sketchy business practice. Legal, maybe. Smart, honest, trustworthy: definitely not.

I had purchased flights with Cancel For…

I had purchased flights with Cancel For Any Reason. But when I try to cancel my flights the process has been very painful to say the least. I have been on chat for an hour and I am told they will get back to me within 6 hours. The card was charged on 04/24/2023

As a busy startup founder, Hopper delivers when it matters

As a busy startup founder, I had been searching for the perfect social media management application. Something was always off: either they were too expensive or did not have the features I wanted. Hopper is hands down the best social media management application I have ever used. The bulk scheduling feature is a time (and life) saver.

Great but need Youtube

It really is an amazing system and everything is easy. However you really really really need to make it so we can transfer things to YouTube. If you did that you could up your prices and get more clients.

Great customer service and Fantastic tool for small business

Hopper HQ is easy to use and looks like it will be helpful in keeping my social media consistent and growing. I have enjoyed the Hopper HQ trial but wasn't sure if I could afford it, as I am a small business owner, so I was thinking of canceling. Their customer service is fantastic. I was listened to after giving my feedback and the response was friendly and understanding. I was offered a very generous discount to keep me as a customer and I couldn't refuse. Now I'll get to use a great product and see the benefits!

Hopper HQ is a tech life saver. I love being able to plan my posts over a month from my desktop computer and see how they looked on the feed. Any time I have a problem or question, the Hopper HQ team are on it immediately and the communication is fast and seamless. Thank you Hopper HQ!

Isabel is a rock star

I would like to just come on here and mentioned Isabal for being fantastic. She was able to help me with onboarding and a quick demo. I had many issues on my end but her patience and ability to open her schedule on the same day shows me that this company really does care and want to help their customers more than anything. If we end up staying with this program, its because of the amazing customer service provided by Isabel!

Loving the Hopper experience so far.

I'm still on my "Hopper" trial, but I must say I'm pretty smitten. I tried "Later" and was initially quite impressed, but I ran out of credits halfway through the month and they don't allow you to top-up, so I thought I'd give Hopper a try and they haven't disappointed. Hopper allows you to schedule unlimited posts per month and 50 in advance, which is perfect for me. What's more, the customer service team at Hopper is exceptionally responsive and they seem to genuinely care about providing a great customer experience - big shout out to Isabel and Elle for that! If you're serious about taking your social media to the next level, then I suggest you give Hopper a go.

Terrible back end processes

Whilst posting process is simple and editing software easy to use - unfortunately when you have multiple brands it cannot cope and will constantly reset and break the connections. Also customer services never responds. We can no longer plan or post using this system, looking to replace with a better option.

Please let me explain the frequency of reconnection. Reconnection is necessary if the accounts or their settings are updated natively in their corresponding social media apps. With any changes, the connection with Hopper HQ and the social media platform needs to be refreshed and re-established.

I responded to your colleague yesterday and followed up today regarding the disconnection of the accounts. And checking our direct communication, all queries have been responded to with help and a follow up.

I'd love to get you and the team on a best practice call to ensure that connection remains up to date and ensure when the connection needs updating, it is done correctly. Also, to double check that all support queries have been answered.

I have emailed you directly and look forward to hearing from you and hopefully getting you sorted with your accounts.
