There is a lot of competition in this…

There is a lot of competition in this space and so I took out a few trials to make sure Hopper HQ was the best. Overall ease of use for postings, carousel in simple three steps and tagging great. cannot recommend it more

Duplititous

Started off well but we had social media issues not the fault of Hopper told that my plan would be onhold until issues sorted and then they take money with no explanation. Duplititous is the best way i can describe their business methods

Great customer service

I emailed these guys and a lady named Isabela helped me out huge! I'm not even a customer, but she replied within 24 hours and gave me a list of options that I could do to help my situation. She was extremely helpful and thorough. Thanks a million!

HooperHQ has been my go-to site for posting on Instagram for some time now. I am pleased with the service and plan to continue using the site. It saves me a lot of time and allows me to plan ahead with my post when I know I will not be available.

A total game changer!!

Hopper has completely changed my business. It's simple, easy to set up, drama free but above all - it just works!!
Pros: Being able to post directly through to instagram has been a real game changer for me. The programme even allows us to set up dates and times that posts will be sent out which takes away a huge amount of stress/organisation to the job. Great product worth every penny & the support team are brilliant. Thanks Hopper!

I’m new to social media

I’m new to social media, and decided to take the plunge to promote my business, having looked at various options to post on Instagram I chose to go for hoppers trial, and fell down at the first hurdle, however a quick message to hoppers support had me up an running in minutes, I love the fact that I can post from my desk as well as on the move with my phone. I knew Instagram would help the business I just didn’t like their direct interface. I attended the beginner webinar, found it really useful, Isabel, Elle, and Mikey have given support where needed, I ’m up and running and couldn’t be happier, I’ll be sticking with my subscription.

While having something of a learning…

While having something of a learning curve, Hopper is an excellent product that has obviously been through quite a bit of testing.

I stumbled upon Hopper HQ simply as a workaround to a technical problem but was pleasantly surprised at the degree of utility it offers.

I recommend it highly.

easy to use

So, if you are new to the service, keep in mind that if you only posted once in a blue moon and you pretend to immediately post three times a day, probably Instagram will flag you, start low, once every three days, then every two days... easy in.

there are options that I'm asking to add to the service, but aside those, it is really convenient to be able to manage your instagram account and schedule it days in advance from your computer.

Hopper HQ for the win

Hopper HQ is honestly the best social media scheduler out there. I have been using it for around 3 years now and it is the most seamless experience, and I have used a few different platforms. They were the first which allowed Instagram scheduling which is why we switched to them in the first place but I am so thankful we did.

Their support is also amazing should anything go wrong (Which is very rare) and they offered our company excellent support during the COVID19 pandemic and lockdown!

If I could give them 10 stars I would!

A regrettable experience with Hopper HQ

I signed up to Hopper HQ, due to the offer to schedule posts, I used it for a trail a period but was not only charged despite no longer using it past the trail period but was charged twice. Surprisingly their customer service were very unhelpful. I sent a number of emails, including a screenshot of my bank details showing the payments that had been taken out before they seemed to take notice. I was told I was charged because I didn't cancel my subscription after the trail period (my mistake) but as I had not used it they would refund me. The lady dealing with my case completely ignored my query as to why I was charged twice until I queried this again- her explanation was she missed that part of my email and I was charged twice because I signed up twice??? I didn't buy that, but as she said I would receive a full discount I was satisfied I will get my money back. I did, however it was for just one payment, and the refund amount was less than what they had taken out of my account- again, I queried this and was told to speak to my bank as the conversion rate is down to them (nonsense- if you can take out a certain amount, you can surely refund that exact amount back), furthermore, up to date, I am still waiting for both refunds and to add insult to this regrettable experience with Hopper HQ, another payment has just been taken out of my account this month! I have sent an email with screenshots of my account again, but I'm yet to hear anything. I am currently online searching for how and who to report this company to for fraud because this is simply unacceptable.

It is my understanding that your account was affected by an issue with our payment provider, which we've reported to them and asked to have fixed. Having looked at your account, I can see that the team cancelled any plans linked to you and refunded all charges.

We very rarely experience payment issues, but in the event that customers are affected by these problems we work quickly to get them resolved and I can see that was the case here.

Nonetheless, I do want to take the opportunity to apologise for any confusion and if there is anything else we can do to help you, please feel free to reach out to me via the support channels and I'll happily chat to you myself.

A useful tool, full of possibilities!

I had an issue and Customer Support helped me to fix it. They were always respectful and cordial. They have webinars to help you have a better perspective of how to use the tool, they even invite me to a webinar while chatting with Customer Support.

Not worth it

Not worth it. Customer service is unhelpful and unaccommodating. There is nothing special about this platform that you won't find elsewhere with better service.

Bad experience

Bad experience - Nowhere it's mentioned that when you start a trial, it takes "24 hours for the account to be reviewed" and your options are limited. They make you create a post in their Dashboard, only for that post to be sent to your email (with your content, pictures, video, whatever it be), and for that same downloadable link not to be working. If I wanted to post from my phone, I'd transfer all the data to my phone and then do it from there. I really don't understand why they make you do double the work, post it once in their dashboard, and then again from your phone, lol... Another thing, no one ever replies in their chat. Ultra slackers. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Unreliable and useless tool

The idea of this tool is fantastic! Solving so many issues, other similar services are having.

In theory, this tool is brilliant.

But wow, they fail on delivering :-/

First I signed up to their trial - and added my Instagram account. After this, I should confirm in my Instagram-app, when they tried to log in. I clicked the "It was me" button around 20 times before it FINALLY worked.

All through this, I was trying to get in touch with their customer service, but the response time makes the chat solution useless.

When it finally worked, I was a little sceptic. But the customer service told me, that now everything was up and running, and then it should be a smooth ride.

But sadly, it was not at all :-/

(And I was too optimistic, so I bought one full year of their service)

It worked for something like a week, then the tool started sending me emails, saying that they couldn't post to Instagram - even though the posts were created. I started ignoring that message - and then just needed to double-check Instagram after each planned post.

Last Friday (6th of March) the tool stopped working completely. Suddenly my account wasn't connected anymore, and no post was made. I wrote to their support, and still, there are very long response time - and they always give this very wage answer - promising me, that an engineer is looking at the issue, but nothing happens.

It is annoying to have paid for a whole year of their service when it becomes useless and unreliable.

I would NOT recommend anyone to try out their service :-/
