Ordered some cards off Instagram

Ordered some cards off Instagram. I wish I didn’t fall into this trap. I never received the cards, sent multiple emails and never got an answer. It appears the cards are sent from China!!! The tracking of the order doesn’t connect to anything.

UPDATED: I hope you’re doing well! I just wanted to check if everything is good now, as we’ve already resend you the cards. Could you also please confirm if your cards arrived safely?

I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused—we never want our customers to feel ignored or misled.

We actually did reply to your emails, so please check your inbox or spam folder. We were also dealing with some technical issues at the time, and I truly apologize if that caused any confusion or delay.

I just checked your order, and it shows that it has now been delivered.
(If you haven’t seen it yet, please double-check with your local delivery office or neighbors just in case.)

Also, just to clarify: we usually ship from our U.S. stock, but when you placed your order, our U.S. inventory was temporarily out of stock. To avoid making you wait too long, we sent it from our backup warehouse in China.

If there’s still any issue or if you didn’t receive the package for any reason, let me know and I’ll make it right—whether that means a full refund or a free replacement.

Went from 1 to 5 stars ⭐️

Editing my review but leaving the old one so that you can see what happened.
As you can see from the reply to my original review, I was contacted and she did make it better. She refunded me the amount that I had to pay in additional shipping as well as rounded it up a few dollars extra for the trouble that I went through.
I was really worried that this was just another scam that I hadn’t seen before, but I realize now that it was a possible scam by the shipping company and not by Kadi Horia. She’s actually very earnest and honest. my issue was something outside of her control and she took care of it best she could. I hope she is able to find another shipping company that does not lie to her!
As far as the cards themselves, I love them and recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would.
I bought the somatic card deck and paid for shipping with the purchase.
Just now the mail carrier came to my door and said that the shipping label is counterfeit!
He said he couldn’t leave the package with me unless I gave him $7.10 in shipping! I already paid $7.95 in shipping when I bought the item. So he left with the package.
I have written to the company asking for a refund, we will see how they respond.
I’m very disappointed.

Order not received. (update - received after 5 weeks)

I ordered two physical sets of cards. They provided me with a tracking number and it now says the shipment has been returned to sender. It was set to ship out from China, but for some reason got sent back to the shipper. I contacted HoriaKadi three days ago (with the email listed on their website) for a reason that the shipment has been returned to sender, but have not had any response. Still waiting…

Updated on 3/28/2025:

HoriaKadi has responded due to my TrustPilot review. They have responded that they will add the custom’s code that is required for delivery to South Korea. The shipment has been waiting at the shipper for the last 6 days so I am writing an update to hopefully move the process along. I am very excited to receive the cards and will update my review once they are delivered.

HoriaKadi has been unresponsive to emails and it seems the only way to get a response (maybe?) is leaving a review.
My cards have been returned to the shipping company in China and have been sitting there for 2 weeks.

Due to the massive lack of communication and inability to contact the shipping company directly, I have low confidence that I will receive my expensive order. I have never had such a low level of customer service from a company. At this point I would not recommend you buy physical products from HoriaKadi as they are mostly unresponsive and unreliable.

I have received my 2 sets of cards after 5 weeks! The quality is good and I am pleased with the product.

I think the main issue is that the communication from HoriaKadi is not timely and the shipper is in China. All in all, if you are ok with waiting awhile for your product to arrive and/or writing some reviews to get the product to arrive, it most likely will. I live in South Korea, so the name on the package and the custom's code must match exactly, and there are always some issues regarding that. In addition, the shipping number was never updated by the company, so when I checked where the product was, it looked like it had never been re-shipped. According to HoriaKadi, they had tried to re-ship it many times, but the custom's code and name was not matching (you must write the last name then first name then middle name in order to match Korea's custom's code). I never knew they were trying to re-ship it until several weeks later, they just seemed unresponsive.

UPDATE: So happy to hear, Jenn, that you've received your cards! To clarify, we have a warehouse in the US, but for Asian orders, we ship directly from China because it's more affordable and faster. As mentioned earlier, this was our first experience shipping to South Korea, and we've learned valuable lessons from this. You're right—the communication hasn't been great due to the increased volume of emails as we scale our business, and we definitely need to add more support to our team. I'm truly sorry if this caused any delays. In the end, I'm glad the cards arrived safely!

Great cards, great customer service

The set I ordered originally never arrived. It was not their fault, we were having problems with the postal service here. When I reached out to the company to find out what to do they promptly sent a new set out to me.
I’m trying to do a lot of work on myself and I struggle with finding exercises and routines. These are a huge help in that. They are exactly what I needed.

Apesar de não ter recebido a minha encomenda, eles gentilmente fizeram o reembolso total.

Comprei em outubro cartas, que por erro dos correios nunca chegaram. No entanto eles me reembolsaram o valor total pago. Foram corretos.

Beautiful cards

Beautiful cards. I got the child and the adult versions. This will be a great addition to the practices I already teach to my children and my clients. Also looking forward to utilizing these cards for my own personal development. The shipping took a little time but in the midst of the holidays it was expected and the customer service was very responsive. I would definitely recommend!
