The staff are very responsive and friendly. Whenever I had a concern, they were quick to address it and resolve it. They took my concerns seriously and made sure I had the most comfortable stay possible.

I’ve used Horizon for 2 of my properties now and are faultless and provide a great service. I had a major issue with my 2nd property and they took control of this and produced a quick turnaround, total hassle free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services to anyone, in fact I already have 😁

His passion for his sector clear comes to the surface! The tenants I had in the property before Horizon took over were particularly problematic & many challenges were faced throughout. Alex took this in his stride, helped and assisted me right the way through the process of a possession. I genuinely would have really struggle without his help and support.
