Ive been working with Horizon lets for about a year now and I’ve had only a great business experience with them. Whilst I've not used these folks as neither a Landlord nor rented through them as a tenant, they have been very helpful. A set of family photos were posted to the wrong address, arriving at one of their properties, they were kind enough to get in touch by letter and then post them back to us - most appreciated (especially given we've never paid them anything!).
