Founded in 2008, Horizon have quickly gained a name for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction through our rapid response to customer needs. Our business was born out of recognition that there is much more to providing platforms for hire than moving pieces of machinery around. Great service
I currently have a peco lifter on hire that became faulty, I called Horizon and they had a engineer here on site within 2 hours, the lifter could not be fixed on site but a new machine was ordered to replace the damage one by 2pm the next day.

Outstanding company and machines
Outstanding company, the machines from Horizon are always first class, we never have any downtime due to breakdowns which is important in our business.
The entire team are beyond helpful, we wouldn't even entertain another company regardless of cost

Did my IPAF course with horizon…
Did my IPAF course with horizon platforms then hired a picker through them the following week. Brilliant customer service from start to finish. I had to use the out of hours number at 2am for some advice about the machine and they got the engineer to call me back within 10 mins even at that time and the problem was resolved quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s thinking about training or hiring. Special thanks to Ema, Megan, Amy & Rob who dealt with me throughout. Will be using again in future.
