I had Horizon Window Cleaners attend to my windows today, what a brilliant company they are. I haven’t had them cleaned for over 2 year (previous guy disappeared, but his visits were very spasmodic) but now I have found a professional company that came on the day booked and even let me know what time they would be here. Easy to deal with, I didn’t even have to be here and they wouldn’t hear of me paying until they knew I was happy with the standard of work. They are a true find and couldn’t be more pleased.
Jordan and his team come highly recommended from me!!

This is the first time having my windows cleaned. My experience in the past when living at my parents had been, 1 man a ladder, 1 small bucket and dirty cloth which would be used on every household. THIS IS NOT THE CASE HERE! New equipment with brush and water system that drys with NO WATER MARKS!
Ben the window cleaner was kind, professional and experienced..Communication with the company itself (Jordan) was fantastic, the entire process was smooth from beginning to end!

They arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, and did an excellent job—every window is spotless, even the tricky ones. My patio and walls have never looked so good. Horizonwindowcleaners, from the moment I contact them via What’s App were polite and professional. A cost effective and transparent quote was shared almost instantly, a date and a time offered and the whole booking process made very easy.
On the day, they were punctual and so easy to work with. Their cleaning system is brilliant and left our windows and frames, inside and out, absolutely spotless. Like brand new!

Honestly best window cleaners i have ever had!!! They are so kind and understand when you are struggling financially. They are really thorough when understand what you want done and really quick and efficient when cleaning the windows. Jordan was the main person i spoke to they were very kind and explained everything to me. Emilia cleaned my windows she was so sweet and was done quickly, just because she was quick it didnt lack in quality at all. I will 100% go back and recommend to people i know.

Horizon did a great job on our building's windows. The communication was very good, quick and clear. The building is 3 stories and they had the right equipment and did not need a separate water connection. The service was smooth and they made it very easy.

This is the second year we have used Horizon Window Cleaners. We are on the third floor and have 10 windows. From the moment I spoke to Jordan to the moment I sent my payment was a pleasant experience. His staff are very professional kind and thoughtful. The job they do on my windows is impeccable.
