When placing an order, customers have the option to include the 14-day Wellness Challenge trial, which automatically continues at $19.99/month unless canceled within the trial period. Regarding support, every new ticket receives an automated initial response with relevant information and next steps. If that message is not replied to directly and instead new emails are sent as separate tickets, it can reset the queue and delay resolution. Only one automated reply is sent per ticket, and replying to the same thread connects you with a human agent.

We do not ignore customer emails. If you have not received assistance, we encourage you to reply directly to your most recent support email so we can immediately locate your account and review both the subscription status and your concerns about side effects.

We understand the concern.

At checkout, there is an optional tip selection, but it is completely voluntary. Customers can simply select “No, I don’t want to” to decline it before completing their order. It is not mandatory and is never added without customer confirmation.

Regarding the subscription pricing: discounted autoship orders can include an adjustment if canceled early, based on the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time price, which is shown during checkout and in the order confirmation.

This review contains multiple statements that are factually incorrect.

The billing tied to this order reflects a subscription purchase with one initial order and one renewal charge only — not “charging over and over.”

Subscription status and renewal terms are disclosed at checkout and reiterated in the order confirmation, shipping/tracking emails, and the renewal reminder sent prior to billing (including cancellation instructions).

Our support team has also responded to the customer’s requests. We cannot publish account-specific documentation publicly, but we can provide full billing and communication records directly to the reviewer and to Trustpilot upon request.

If the reviewer or Trustpilot require proof that this purchase was a subscription plan, including the related confirmations and reminders, we can provide that documentation as well.

If the reviewer believes there are additional charges beyond the initial order and single renewal, they should provide the charge dates and descriptors so this can be verified and resolved immediately.
