My experience with Harow was excellent toilet, arrived perfectly intact. Installation was straightforward and easily understood with the included instructions toilet began working immediately. Remote paired perfectly.

Bought a new Horow smart toilet as it was one of the few with a 10” rough in. It turns out to be an excellent product—looks great and functions well. A really good value for the money. Their service was great too when I had to research exact specs on sizing for the odd place into which I needed to fit the toilet.

Great quality bathroom sink and it shipped very quickly. I was very close to getting a cheaper version of a similar product on Amazon or Wayfair, but I’m so glad an ordered this one directly from Horow. Super high quality, easy to install and it’s simply gorgeous. I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to order something else.

I recently had an issue with my Horow T20 toilet, and I’m extremely impressed with how quickly and professionally the customer service team handled it. Not only were they responsive, but they also shipped me the part needed to get things up and running without any hassle. It’s rare to find a company that stands so confidently behind its products and genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction.

The toilet works well and the customer service is great. The first one worked so well, I bought two more. They provided additional information and videos to show the top disassembly which gives access to the inside for service. I wish the posterior spray was a little wider but at least it moves forward and back and is adjustable. Many features are adjustable, but could use even more. Like the amount of pre-foam to dispense, and have no flush before air dryer. Having to buy the NON-Rechargeable batteries is not good (for power outages), but perhaps they will change these slight drawbacks.

T30 non-elec bidet toilet is better than I imagined. Customer service and assistance excellent; packaging VERY sturdy; definitely encourage having a licensed plumber install-my plumber said a little tricky with installation directions. Looks beautiful; this sits a couple of inches taller (great for my 6'2" husband) and with no tank looks very space age. The bidet function has two settings (front and back) with ability to easily control strength of water. Both bidet nozzles are in the rear and retract when not used. The flush is super - I was a little concerned without the familiar tank. The lid could be a little sturdier, but I think that is because it needs to be lightweight for the slow, quiet, self-closing function. I have always wanted a bidet and this requires no electricity - another plus! I am pleased to encourage anyone to purchase this toilet.

2 years after owning their smart toilet, we had an issue with an out of warranty part. The team at Horow was great. They diagnosed and shipped me the part needed to get things up and running. They delivered and I had a wonderful experience interacting with their team. Very impressed!

Contacted Customer Support for a warranty part as even though it was not a covered part they were able to assist me with a positive solution to our situation great customer service was provided.

Experience was great. If there was something i could nitpick, it would be bowl needed a nightlight. Like the EPLO ix7 mt model.

We have a T38P Smart Bidet Toilet and so far we're very happy with the quality of the product, despite some settings that we would have wanted to be adjustable. Mostly importantly, Horow's customer service has been very responsive, so it gives us the comfort that help is always available if/when needed.
