Love love love this place....I purchased hardware years ago and my husband caught the loop of his carhartt jeans on the same draw pull three times....I could reconnect the first two times but the third time did it in. I went to the website and found the same original parts, ordered and received...so happy. Beautiful quality products.

The order for 6 ring pulls was divided …
The order for 6 ring pulls was divided in two shipments weeks apart. When the second shipment arrived it contained the wrong items in the wrong finish. These are now holding up a very stressful kitchen project.
You need to work on your supply chain!

Our business is a first time customer and we are very satisfied! I ordered knobs for my bosses desk and was thrilled to see they have a choice between bolt or screw. Something got mixed up, not sure if it was computer or operator error but they took care of us immediately!! The knobs were absolutely a perfect match!

These folks are the best
These folks are the best! I needed a small part to repair a drawer pull. They not only had a number of such parts (virtually unheard of in this world of planned obsolescence) but also recommended the one they thought right for my project. After tortuous travel from Cromwell, CT to Greenwich, CT via Springfield, MA, Queens, NY and White Plains, NY, the part arrived and fit perfectly. The small triumphs are sometimes the most important!!
