Great Company to deal with over 40 years.
We love the well made products and quick service we have enjoyed for over 40 years. The products always match their pictures along with screws etc, that comes with them. For years Mary has shipped our items and now Amy packed our last order very well. We have been happy customer.

Great service!
I ordered some knobs from Horton Brasses for a new cabinet I'm having made. The knobs came quickly, and they were exactly as pictured online. After I got them, my cabinet guy told me that I ordered the wrong screws, so I called Horton and the customer service lady was very helpful. She shipped me the correct screws and they came pronto. I would definitely order from this company again.

Great experience and great company!!
I love working with Horton Brasses! The lead times are always quick and we recently purchased a huge quantity of knobs for a commercial job and they all came quickly and packaged extremely well. The few that we had problems with they replaced no problem. Will definitely continue using them as much as possible.

Even After a Year
We didn't discover a lock was faulty until the cabinetmaker completed the piece and delivered it, but that was no problem for Horton, they replaced it immediately!
