I recently purchased two H-557 small chest handles. I ordered semi-bright brass. The handles arrived in antique brass, dark finish. Okay, no big deal. I have a polishing head and I brought the handles up to semi-bright, although it's tedious work with pieces as small as the rosettes. I wanted to get on with the project and so didn't go through the process of returning the handles for an exchange. I double-checked the order, and for all that appears, semi-bright was specified. Yes. Mistakes happen. Horton is a good company. An unfortunate oversight in this instance.

Ordered some knobs from Horton Brass. I was shocked to see them on my doorstep in just two days. After opening I realized the fasteners would not work for my application so I called customer service. They issued me a prepaid return label for an even exchange. The new knobs showed in two days. Most business wil charge you twice for an exchange until return is processed before a credit is issued. Not Horton Brass, they took care of it, no questions asked and didnt ask for my credit card. I highly recomend doing business with this company. Their products are first rate and their customer service is first class. Thank you Horton Brass for making my project so easy!

I received my product within two days of ordering. It was shipped the same day I ordered. The product was not exactly what I wanted but that was my fault and not Horton Brasses. If you want stamped brass products, this is the place to go. The price is better than the more well known vendors and the service is excellent.

I was in need of sample non mortising hinges for a meeting I had in the near future and was having trouble finding good hinges I could get quickly. My father recommended Horton Brasses after having very bad luck with Colonial Brass.
