HostHatch is the best of the rest; I mean where else can you find an AMD Cloud Server, 4 Core CPU, 16Gb RAM, 75Gb Storage, 5Tb Transfer with custom ISO installation below $20 (they charge $15) without any additional contract term - unbeatable!

The server infrastructure is reliable and fast. I connect from South Africa to HostHatch and London for my server and there is no lag or connectivity issues at all. The remote desktop session is responsive and so is the VNC session through the built in, easy to access HostHatch control panel.
I loaded Windows 11 Pro as a custom ISO. It was super simple and installed without any problems first time through. My next project is running Mac OSX on the KVM.

They also have the most amazing and responsive support. They are well versed and experts in their field.

Due to personal circumstances, that I only had to explain once, HostHatch offered me a 33% discount on the spot to assist and I am forever grateful.

It makes me so angry when people rate a service provider like this at only one star. When it is clear that it is due to their own lack of knowledge or other reason. No failure from the provider or not meeting the SLA.

Thank you HostHatch you have proven yourself to me. Your pricing, service and support is immaculate and is in the top 1% of the currently available providers. I have used cloud based services in the past 14 years and as far as pricing combined with performance goes HostHatch is honestly number one.

I will recommend them to anyone and starting at $6, do yourself a favor, try them today!

To be honest, I heard the rave on HostHatch and decided to give them a try because of a special they were running. I am about two months into an annual plan but now I'm thinking of cancelling.
The Support is quite possibly one of the worst experiences I've ever received. I do have to agree with many of the low star reviews - they really don't have much experience in front-facing aspects of business.

Believe me, I have tried a lot of providers in the last 6 years, and I have NEVER found anyone with that BLAZING FAST PERFORMANCE and specs at these prices. I had issue once with their support's late answer but since then they reply fast. Recommended 100%.

Sadly, they sold me something different from what has been advertised. They advertise that they're VPS Servers running Zen3 Architecture, instead you get an old rotten Zen2 CPU. If you complain against it, they talk BS like that you are stealing money back from them, completely ignoring the fact that they are basically cheating on large scale. In other words, they are simply frauding onto people just to point out that they are 10% ahead of the competition. Don't believe you get a Zen3 CPU here. They don't have these Servers at all, and if they still claim they would have these chips and want to prove it to you, they will simply change the CPU label on KVM side. Wooow, what level of expertise. Fraud strategics in the years of 2023. Maximum laughable...

Besides, HostHatch LLC works with the JPMorgan Chase bank. These guys have more S on their D's than everybody else in the Bank business. Really does not wonder me at all that the whole business here is basically a fraud machine.

Just to make thing clear at this point from my side, either I get the money back from PayPal or you will have contact with a lawyer of mine, with the police and I will absolutely sue you. I really don't let people like you do business on the web, even if it's just about a couple of dollars in my case. I know that people like you count onto the fact that most people don't run behind 10-15$ ... Well, I do, because it doesn't cost me anything to get behind you. Without making things too complex, you can choose, either you are willing to issue a refund or I will strip you from head to toe or simply ruin your reputation, which is already partly broken.

I have nothing but positive things to say thus far. The performance provided for the cost is much higher than other alternatives I currently use (big name cloud providers), but yet is much better value. I'm having a hard time justifying the other cloud and bare metal providers I use.

I haven't had a need to speak with support so far, so I cannot speak for their responsiveness and help. I did contact sales however, as they had no availability in their New York region which I needed. To my surprise, they were able to move things around and create some capacity for me to order a VM.

Do they lack the features and 'polish' vs other big name cloud platforms at the moment? Yes, of course, that is pretty evident. The control panel is quite basic, no snapshot functionality alongside other features and functions you see from other providers, and their website could do with some updates.

On the flip side, I seem to be getting better performance from HostHatch in terms of the VM's themselves. I have dedicated cores, great RAM allocations and the network seems to be solid in LA, Chicago and New York (I have services in all 3 locations).

Overall, I recommend!

I have been a loyal customer with Hosthatch for quite some time now, and I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic their services have been. From the start, their platform has been reliable, user-friendly, and offered excellent performance for my hosting needs.

The customer support team has consistently gone above and beyond in assisting me with any questions or issues I've encountered. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about their customers' satisfaction. Recently, I needed to cancel a server, and not only did they handle the cancellation swiftly, but they also refunded the remaining balance to my account credit without any hassle.

this shady company is totally a big scam, when I receive the VPS, I found the IP was fully banned in many places in world. but they support team never solve over 2months, so I just file a dispute and cancel it, after that, they suspend all my other available VPS with the ridiculous reason, payment overdue, LAFF, all my VPS plans were biennially or triennially. obviously an useless revenge, so I ain't wasting my time, just go to paypal file the disputes and ban this scam VPS supplier permanently.

Excellent support, willing to help me get where I wanted to be. I had trouble with payment information and invoices, but they went above and beyond to help me.

Cons: No snapshot or auto backup feature, few default OS options.

Pros: Great value, amazing network speed, good overall performance and also supports custom iso.

Custom images possible. Real virtualization. Fast network. Nice gui. No problems until now. Unfortunately no server in Germany, so Geo fencing for national broadcasting is active, when downloading streams.

Bought a 16GB VPS, worked well for hosting minecraft servers. I have previously had unreliable experiences but this host seems to have gotten better in recent times as I decided to try them again after I was issued credit for my first experience.

The infrastructure is unreliable and customer support is worse.

There's some issue on a regular basis causing total unavailability. You write them, they respond a day or three later – sometimes not at all – with vague answers which show that they really don't care of spending time with your problem.

Performance is acceptable, except IO which is poor.

If you need ephemeral VPS instances they might be viable, but I can't see them viable for anything else.

Answering to their answer:
- My service has always been full price.
- Interestingly you address performance, which is the only thing I mentioned it's acceptable. That's somewhat indicative of the level of care you give to support tickets.
- You're shockingly fast to answer public reviews while actual support requests take days.

If I could I would give it a 0.

- Performance is terrible on Storage VPS. Apart from decent network performance, it lacks in every aspect.
- Staff takes anything you say personally. They are very abusive. They mock and bash at you back. Not to mention they take on average more than 12 hours to produce an extremely unhelpful reply.
- They do not comply with GDPR or their own Terms of Service. I don't think the staff knows it's there.

I would recommend against hosting your projects at HostHatch. They do not invest any significant effort to help you, they do not comply with their own Terms of Service. A total disgrace of service. AVOID!!!

I have had a HDD-based VPS for about 8 years so far.
I have had no issues so far, except a few days ago when it was announced that they would close outgoing TCP port 25.
It's a little disappointing when trying to maintain a healthy decentralized internet by running own mail server. It's not a big deal as I use another VPS for outgoing mail anyway. But it would be nice at least to have other options. The big e-mail providers need competition

Update:
They are not being clear about whether it applies to incoming or outgoing port 25. It only applies to outgoing, but this shows you should be aware of this.
Apparently they will open port 25 if requested. So just be very aware if that is really going to be an option and not just to big customers. If yes, then it could be regarded as a positive thing that they close as default. Except what if that principle applied to all ports (SMTP is obviously not the only protocol)?

These are rude arrogant staff who make threats.

Rock-stable hosting of my VPS' since years. I'm inclined to say they have the best network (and network performance) in this price range I've experienced so far. Their support might be slow at some times, but if it's urgent, they're quick and nice to deal with.
I've got a server with them in multiple locations and they all are blazing-fast and basically always outperform my expectations and the data they've been advertised with.
Five stars from me, if they can keep up the service like that, I'll be happy to be part of their service for the upcoming years.

I've been using HostHatch for 3 VPSs for about 6 months now. I've had nothing but a good experience with them so far. I've opened a few support tickets and they were all answered extremely fast. They were also the very first host that I got an email from about the vulnerability in the Debian 10 SolusVM template. I've got a lot of cheap VPSs at different hosts that I play with, but my serious "real" stuff I host on HostHatch because they've been so reliable and have had the best features and prices of any host I've used.
