TitleWarning – My experience with HostingPanel
I want to share my experience with HostingPanel to warn other customers.
I ordered a UK RDP service for $9.99. After making the payment via TRC20 cryptocurrency, the company informed me that the UK RDP was out of stock. I immediately requested a refund since the service I ordered was not available.
I provided all transaction details (TXIDs) and proof of payment. However, instead of processing the refund, they only added a $10 credit to my account which I clearly stated I do not want. I asked multiple times for the refund to be sent back to my wallet, but the issue has still not been resolved.
Total paid: $18 (two transactions)
Service received: None
After many messages and several days of waiting, they stopped responding.
If you are considering buying from HostingPanel, be careful. My experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional.
I hope the company resolves this issue and refunds my money.

I have been using 10Gbps Encoding RDP amazing experience so far they just recently upgraded servers and i have smooth encodes than ever!! They offer SSD disk for high end encoders and most importantly stable 10Gbps network. I am happy customer great work hostingpanel!
