I have used Host Presto for a number of years Over that time I have had one or two issues. Your staff have been prompt, efficient, helpful and very pleasant. Your customer service is on another level and other companies need to learn from you. Great job Great service keep it up

The site went down with my previous host right before a big product launch. HP got me migrated and live in under 2 hours. Absolute legends.

I always get an immediate personal response from HostPresto. The first result is AI generated but if you persist with the ticket you get a real human being! The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

The great patientsHost presto has with Clients, I have Dyslexia and `ADHD and the team make it easy when `I call in or send a ticket. I would say communicating with Host Presto is Excellent, I have even referred clients to Host presto. They say the Love it.

I have been using HostPresto for a few years now and I have always found their customer service teams to be very responsive, knowledgeable and personable. I can always count on them to respond promptly and politely.

Hostpresto support is excellent and very quick. I submitted a ticket and had a response that allowed me to correct my problem with how I'd set up my email client, by return. Couldn't be better, and this has been my consistent experience with them over a few years of email hosting. Shoutout to Oscar who sorted out today's problem!

I had what was, for me at least, a difficult problem with uploading large data files onto my Wordpress website.
I was impressed that I found myself dealing with a team of different technical experts operating at all hours. Bit by bit we got closer and now all is resolved.

What makes HostPresto special is the customer support. When things go wrong, which isn't very often, they are fast and professional at sorting it out. It's why I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

AVOID like the plague as of 2026

I have been a loyal customer for over 9+ years (prior to the HostPresto buyout)

I recently paid for domain protection and renewal, hosting etc

just before Christmas their automated systems failed, they charged me but failed to renew my domain

this then went out to the open market and has been parked by someone else and HostPresto refusing to rectify , or pay to retrieve

The outcome??? I lost my entire business, 9+ years of history poof gone , and they tried blaming me, offering me token hosting but nothing to compensate for the full build etc

If you look up Google reviews, very similar things from numerous other disgruntled customers

Host Presto has been out Web Host for some years - they provide an excellent service and are always helpful and responsive when we need any support intervention.

I had a serious issue with my website so I raised a support ticked with HostPresto! The response from the help team there was swift, accurate, insightful and resoled my issue. I had a series of email exchanges with the team, each was treated with respect and given a thoughtful reply, with led me through the whole process without which I would not have been able to fix my site. I would rate the support team as highly knowledgeable. I would say that HostPresto! are worth the money and would not hesitate in recommending them for host a website.

I asked tech for support, the AI response /instruction seemed easy enough so I followed the steps but this returned an error on my site, luckily the human support reversed the errors.

I'm with HostPreston by happy accident - a previous hosting company sold their business to HostPresto and I have never felt the need to change it.

For various reasons I had ended up with three different hosting packages on two different accounts and enquired about rationalising them. I now have one mega-hosting web account serving all my needs and saving me some money in the process.

From the beginning of the initial enquiry to them to a final query about a refund they have been excellent in their response and the migration of the services and accounts could not have gone smoother.

I have been very impressed!
