I have been using their services for the past two years and have had a consistently great experience. They are incredibly proactive and adaptive when it comes to integrating new services and features.
Wanted to test a Winodws server to check the performance before migrating our services. Even though it says 1 week trial, they asked me to pay the 1 month membership in full. Even after that, they asked for government id proof and facial scan with voice sample reciting an OTP. Why the hell would they do that? Talked to their customer support and told them why does MS and AWS dont ask for that and you do, the reply was, oh we are regulated by TRAI and MS/AWS are not. This is a proper scam and not safe. Stay miles away

We would like to clarify that we never asked for one month’s payment during the trial period.
To provide a 7-day trial VPS, we only requested government-issued ID proof for KYC at the time of signup. You chose not to proceed with the KYC process, due to which the trial server could not be activated.
The KYC is conducted through Digio.in, which only requires ID proof and video verification. It's only to confirm the ID belongs to you, it won't ask you for any voice verification. It is a government-approved and secure KYC service provider, and we had clearly assured you about its safety and compliance.
As an India-based company, we are required to follow Indian government rules and regulatory requirements, and KYC is mandatory for providing both trial and paid infrastructure services.
We respect your decision not to continue, but the statements made in this review regarding payment and safety are factually incorrect.
