Hotel Artemide Avis 6

Great location close to Termini and most attractions. Room was clean and spacious. Receptionist staff were quite miserable, they never once said hello when walking past the reception desk. I'm a frequent traveller and found this quite rude. Each morning around 4am I could hear a very loud clattering noise, sounded like bottles being thrown into a skip. I mentioned it to the Receptionist when I checked out and was told the noise may have been coming from another room. Erm, no! It was coming from outside. Not much of an apology neither, which I wasn't expecting after witnessing the poor customer service. The breakfast however were lovely and friendly and should work on reception. Better hotels around Rome. Will be staying elsewhere in future.

Hotel had the wow factor and the staff were helpful and friendly. Room was well appointed, very comfortable and cleaned everyday. Also, the complementary minibar was restocked daily. Breakfast was amazing and on our final day the staff even provided us with a doggy bag because we were checking out early. Roof bar was a nice touch.
From a location point of view, on our first evening we comfortably walked to the Colosseum, the Trevi fountain and the Spanish steps. The following day we walked to the Vatican also. If you fancy exploring, there are some nice bars, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walking.
When we return to Rome (hopefully soon) I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you.

We just stayed 4 nights at Hotel Artemide in Rome, it was a super good experience, we really loved the location, the room, the bathroom, the staff, the service!:)

We booked directly on their webpage and got a special package including one free dinner, minibar and a couples massage.

We really recommend the Ambrosia Restaurant, it was really really good! We had dinner there 3 times because we think it was so good! Service, quality of the food, atmosphere- superb :-)

We also really liked the breakfast restaurant, the staff was so truly friendly and nice and even had small surprises for guests everyday. For example, one day they served lemon sponge cake for women’s day and gave flowers to all female guests :-) the atmosphere was really good!

The hotel was very thoughtful and had prepared welcome drink for us including a fruit bowl and a personalized card. We really appreciate that they provided such good service. From arrival until we left, we were always greeted with smiling and helpful staff. We remember Sebastian, Salvatore and Lacre in particular, but really, all the staff were super nice and friendly :-)

We watched their promo video on YouTube after we got home and we find it very true to reality. We will definitely come back to this hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family as well!

We really have nothing negative to say actually! If I have to say One thing, it is that I wished the bed was a bit softer - but my husband liked the bed so I guess it is individual taste :-)

Thank you Hotel Artemide for giving us a great anniversary experience - we have lovely memories for this time in Rome :-)

We are a couple who stayed 4 nights.
Great hotel in a perfect location in the centre of rome - all the main attractions are just a few minutes walk away - plenty of shops, cafe/restaurants, buses, taxis on the same road as hotel. staff were always very friendly and helpfull. Bedroom/bathroom/shower was very modern, clean and comfortable. We slept like logs and woke up to a good breakfast.
This really is a good 3 star hotel that we would recommend to any couples wanting to stay in the centre of rome... we will be staying there again!!
