If it seems too good to be true IT IS. The same profiles that I reported years ago for stealing personal info ARE STILL UP AND RUNNING. This site doesn't give a damn about your personal info and/or safety. I received a response from one of the people I contacted saying they deleted their profile years ago, yet it shows their posting is new and that they were recently online.

Customer Service team - Angus was awful. Completely clueless. When adding a new job you need to be careful as these guys are quite good on sticking extras on the invoice. Daylight robbery.

I personally have gotten several well paying jobs from housekeepers.com. They are real people. You have to do your homework. The website provides possible leads. I am still on housekeepers.com and will continue to use and suggest others use them.

Such a scammer with full of scammers in the website with fake messages. There is no real family and no reply at all. Dont trust and dont pay

It's like being in a ghost town except it's a website. There are all these 'interactive' things like people looking for housekeepers, but no one's home. There's nothing new, nothing changes, nothing revolves. Jobs never get taken down, new ones never go up, and no one ever contacts you. Then you pay $20 a month to literally do everything for them. They try to hold calls and messages hostage - only one per week unless you pay. When you do pay, you write your profile, you reach out to potential clients, you settle the bid, you go out and clean the house (if there's anyone actually there to respond, which so far I'm not seeing evidence of this). So you pay that much a month to do what you would do for free or for less than $5 on major social media platforms? Yeah, okay. Scam. Boost does nothing either btw and I urge you to please research any sites like this going forward. There seems to be an influx of scammy sites and services taking advantage of desperate people struggling to put food on the table.

I had 2 lady reach out to me but she claim to have a cleaning business and was looking for ppl well I sent one my resume because she asked them another lady my phone number one texted me said she will call me at 1 pm never got the call nor did I ever hear back from other lady.. I've seen NO GOOD REVIEWS JUST EVERYONE SAY THEY THINK HOUSEKEEPING.COM IS A SCAM

Waste of time... Pls avoid housekeeping for your clean. Thank you

This company is a complete rip off trying to charge for letting me down,

Waste of time I am in the hospitality business and provide residential and commercial cleaning and figured it seemed like a decent place to meet a couple potential new clients.... After a month of not having a single message replied to and paying to boost my profile.... It's crap

Im own my own cleaning company and I thought that getting on housekeeper. Com would help bring in more clients for my company the entire time it’s a scam … no one on the site are actually looking for a cleaning company … it’s not worth the money I hate I ever paid for the services because it’s not real

zero stars for me as well. The profiles on there are either years old, but will show "active last week" (I found some friends that confirmed the hadn't been active for years despite this. OR it is FULL of scams / creeps. The site has become an unsafe environment and I am scared for people that it is still running with this level of concern. It NEEDS to be addressed by the owners, people could get very hurt.

I did the same thing as everyone else. It's all a scam. I cancelled immediately. And if they charge my card AFTER I cancelled a subscription I'll flag it with my bank.

Hakeem wanted to send me money and me over see the plumber and electricians work. He wanted me to pay with a check he was to send. Of course the check may had been real but his funs would not have been there and I would been paying with my money.
I said what if I didn't even have the funds to cover your false check?
He said he need to scamm because he needed to make a living too.
And went as far as to say -tell your stupid country to stop fighting in Gaza-.
This website should be desposed of!!!!
All funds should be refunded for cancelation but I doubt it will be.

I’ve had numerous profiles that would reach out and you can tell that they were scams. I had my posting up for a month, offered a higher pay than what the housekeepers had on their profile, and was still unable to find a dependable Housekeeper. I’ve always texted and set up a quick 15 minute Zoom call with the housekeepers to make sure they were legit. It wasn't an easy process with these calls, because there were frequent excuses even though they agreed on the time. The frustration started when I shared my address for cleaning, they failed to show up without any notification until I reached out! I had to reach out after an hour had passed from the scheduled time, only to receive yet another excuse. Despite adjusting our schedule to accommodate them, there's a lack of decency as they fail to provide any notification when they can't make it. I would never recommend this website

So many scammers! Don’t sign up and don’t waist your money. I got 25 people (all man) not asking me anything about cleaning only wanting me to give them my cell number in their first message to me. Lots of identical messages that are made by robot scammers. I reported that and unsubscribed it.

Made the mistake of not checking reviews beige trying this out. Paid for a month and industrial canceled after reading a couple of the fake postings for puerile looking for cleaners. The same named person posting multiple similar jobs. Very obvious they are fake. After reading a few I cutoff not find any that sounded real. The owners of the site must know this and are not policing it, or the whole site is a scam that is really criminal.

I joined Housekeeper.com looking for cleaning jobs. EVERY listing I answered was a SCAM. Just some con looking for personal/banking information. DO NOT bother paying for a subscription it will be a total waste of money.

Awful platform, cleaners are not vetted or background checked. Had a cleaner from this platform steal from us and the police are now involved

Worst part is there is no easy way to report her as a scammer to the platform and access any sort of support

It advertises for a job and it says apply here. When you click it, it asks you what country you're in? After it just advertised for a job in your city. It does not take you to the actual job or the person's post. They try to extract information with you starting from what country you are in. There is no actual job that to "apply" or that it is connected to. Dumb

I was using Housekeeper.com. The leads are all the same. I doubt that they are real for the most part.
They reinstated my account and have been charging me a monthly billing which I have not asked for nor am getting the supposed benefits of the premium paid.
They are scammers. Stay away!!!
