Perfectly professional
Perfect service from start to finish, plus helpful prompt Customer Service for any queries. Good communication, speedy despatch, excellent care of product and customer. I have purchased twice and would again.

I would never purchase from them again…
I would never purchase from them again twice I ordered and item and both time they failed to deliver my item.
After writing to customer service the response was a basic apology and nothing else. Top of this I have to wait for my refund until the item comes back to them via the worst courier company.

Great value and speedy delivery
Ordered the folding computer desk for working at home. Arrived quickly, is so quick and easy to put together and sturdy once up. Folds away neatly taking up barely any space, yet is a good size when in use. For the price it can't be beat.

Faulty clothes rail, horrendous customer service
I purchased a rail off Amazon prime as I needed it the next day. It arrived fine, I started to assembly it when I realised one of the pieces were faulty. I sent photos and a description of what was wrong. This continued back and forth for over a week as they didn’t believe me and had to send two further lots of pictures. They then sent a replacement with a delivery time of 4-5 days. Still waiting! Customer service has been absolutely shocking. Will be making a formal complaint.
