House of Taha is a UK-based online Shia Islamic bookshop dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich heritage of Shia scholarship. Our speciality is in offering a carefully curated library of books covering theology, Qur’an and tafsīr, hadith, history, philosophy, spirituality, and culture. Many of our titles are authored by renowned Shia scholars and thinkers, providing readers with authentic, reliable, and inspiring works that are often difficult to find elsewhere. We believe that access to knowledge should be easy and affordable. That’s why we provide a seamless online shopping experience, with free UK delivery and worldwide shipping options, ensuring that seekers of knowledge across the globe can benefit from our collection. While books are at the heart of what we do, we also offer a small but meaningful range of Islamic accessories — such as tasbīḥ, prayer mats, kufis, scarves, and Islamic jewellery — chosen to support and enrich daily spiritual practice. Our customers value us for our dedication to quality, reliability, and service. Every order is handled with care, and we strive to make sure that each customer feels supported, whether they are purchasing their first Islamic book or building an entire personal library. At House of Taha, we are more than just a shop — we are a hub for Shia knowledge and culture, trusted by readers worldwide to bring them closer to the wisdom and values of Islam.

Hard to find books and fast shipping
All orders are shipped very fast and well boxed. I order often from the US and will continue to do so. Many books not available in the US are carried by House of Taha!

The books are great but the experience…
The books are great but the experience of getting them delivered was not very good.
After the books were shipped, I kept getting emails to pay the custom fees. I have to pay $29 shipping fee during purchase and another ~$30 for customs. This should have been mentioned during the process of purchase. I was not happy by the lack of transparency about yhs custom charges.
The books took a week to be delivered after the customs were cleared, while other shipping services deliver my products the day they clear customs.

Their collection is beautifully curated, with something for elders, youth, and children alike making it an ideal place for the whole family.
