Great little window
Speedy delivery, great value and the window looks fantastic aswell-
I’ve a golden oak veneer front door and I bought a upvc oak look a like window for next to the door in the the porch - I’m very happy with the end result as you can’t tell the difference.
With hindsight they deserve 5 stars as I’d definitely use this company again-
I’d agree with the previous review as I can see my builder has had to improvise with strips of wood to wedge for beneath the window

Hi Geoff, we’re so glad to hear your window arrived promptly and that the fit and finish met your expectations.
Regarding the glazing wedges, while they aren't currently included as standard, we’re always looking for ways to improve our Fit Pack, and your suggestion is very helpful for our team to consider.
Thank you for choosing us, and we look forward to helping you with your next project!
You obviously get what you pay for
You obviously get what you pay for. It does the job but the frame is wider at the bottom, the thresh mitre is cut at a different angle to the supplied plugs and the door latch was fiited in the reverse position for an inward opening door

The product itself is a good quality but the people that are taking the orders are unprofessional. At least one person from there …she blame me for their mistakes. They send the wrong size and i had to wait over a week for the replacemnt. They havent charged me nothing but she was rude, like. Said the product itself and the process are good but they need to train the people properly

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review.
We would like to be absolutely clear that the incorrect sized glass unit supplied was entirely our mistake. There may have been some miscommunication, but this was not your fault in any way, and we fully hold our hands up to the error. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this caused.
We are also very sorry to hear about your experience with our customer service. Our sales and customer service teams have a wealth of experience and are very often praised in other reviews for being helpful and friendly, which makes it all the more disappointing to hear that your experience did not reflect this. We apologise if at any point you were made to feel blamed for an issue that was solely ours.
While we are pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality of the window itself, we recognise that the error understandably affected your overall experience.
Thank you again for your honest feedback. It helps us improve, and we hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother experience in the future.
