Designer Katie made pulling together a beautiful kitchen look and feel easy, despite the many curveballs and building uncertainties thrown her way. I came in with a bit of inspiration, but no clarity how to pull a concept together, and Katie's plan was so suited to me, it drew me to go ahead on it. Her listening carried on throughout, adapting layouts, and making all details and needs all come together smoothly. Katie kept ahead of all the action, and let me complicate the process to get it just right. Quality of service, materials, warm professionalism, and care to all of the details kept me afloat. I felt so well taken care of and free to piece together my dream plans, call as often as I needed, with kind guidance and flexibility and check ins.

I absolutely love my new kitchen, and finally want to spend time there. Everything has its spot, functional ease, charming details, breathing space, and zones that draw you in. It's beautiful and suited to my warm and eclectic style. My visitors comment how welcoming it is to be in and the transformation from her design. She offered time and honest insight to approach it in a way that made into the glowing heart of my open space. I never felt pressured to spend more than I needed - even encouraged to find happy balances. She knew to keep steps ahead of the team, even when that was all up in the air. Very proud of my adorable, chic kitchen, and small details. The patience letting me ponder and her open suggestions felt like it was always with me in mind. I'd do it all again with Katie. Highly recommend!

Marc came to property to measure and within couple of days we had design
Great idea to then view on big screen and we were able to then make a couple of changes.
Kitchen was delivered and top quality.

Reema from Stanmore - Honeypot Lane visited my home to take measurements for the kitchen, really helpful with ideas and very attentive to what i wanted. I visited the showroom and saw the plan in 3D. Reema amended plan with some changes and I'm now delighted with the final design - nothing was too much trouble and communication was amazing. All in all a brilliant service from start to end.
My family are looking forward to our new kitchen!

Today I had worktops delivered and fitted by the team from Howdens. It was pouring down and absolutely horrible weather and lads had to work outside under a small 'tent' cutting my worktops into shape. I have to say that those two lads were incredible!! Ryan and Aaron, you deserve a medal 🏅
You did an excellent job of fitting the worktops you were both polite and respectful and you cleaned up beautifully. What a credit you are to Howdens. And I must also mention the lad who delivered the worktops, what a great team you have Howdens. You should be very proud of them 👏. Thank you all. I had my replacement Kitchen designed by Angie and subsequently ordered here. This is the place to get a proper design and order your kitchen. This was not just design, it was a proper consulting by an experienced designer who worked very hard and really wanted to provide the best right design for us. I am an experienced kitchen fitter so I assure you I know what good is. You will be very satisfied!

Always have a very pleasant experience with Howdens in aylesford. Lovely members of staff who cannot do enough for people. Beth, Tracey, Debbie, Tracey, Amit, Phil, Steve, Phil and the lovely two warehouse men all work tirelessly to ensure customers are happy. Couldn’t fault the branch, they always make sure my stock is in waiting for me even if they’ve had to pull some strings getting it in. Had numerous amounts jobs done by them kitchens and doors and there has never been an issue.

Unfaultable service from Ross at Howdens Bracknell. Easy going, always reachable and a pleasure to deal with, he made purchasing our first kitchen a much less daunting experience that it otherwise could have been. Extremely knowledgable and experienced and the care and attention to detail shows in our wonderful new kitchen. Highly recommend

Great service, we got our kitchen from Bracknell branch. Yes there were a few niggles, some of the wrong size cabinets but easily sorted. Very helpful especially with a tricky corner we had- always willing to rebook at the problem and come up with a solution. Some small details that were a surprise to us, but we probably should have checked/ asked. Mega helpful with all the changes ahead of the agreed kitchen Ross was a superstar- so patient. Really pleased with the quality. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delighted with the high standard of customer service we received from Claudia at Howdens Kelvin East Kilbride . From our initial conversation, to now the fitting of our beautiful kitchen , she has gone above and beyond to offer sound advice and is just extremely good at her job. Nothing was too much trouble . The whole process has been stress free and smooth thanks to her professionalism and knowledge.
Would also like to commend Howdens on their very competitive costings. We got quotes from several other big names and Howdens bet them all , the kitchen is high spec and I’m really impressed with the quality .

Probably wouldn’t use them again. Lots of little niggles that a £15000 kitchen shouldn’t have.
Also, the planner never told us that quartz worktops aren’t heat resistant!! Plus we don’t have an itemised bill, just an overall cost, but the worktops cost almost £1000 just to be fitted.

Alan from the Lewes branch has been fantastic. He has visited the site with the fitter and is always available and willing to listen. We have made various changes to our plan and he is always willing to find the best options to suit our budget. We have never felt under pressure to make decisions and he is a skilled and experienced designer who has helped us make the most of our space.

Absolutely awful. Think twice before sending money with them.
I bought a kitchen from Howdens earlier this year from the Perry Barr branch. Howdens were happy to come out three times to measure up, clearly desperate for a sale. Once we fitted the cupboard doors we found a fault on three doors. Upon contacting Howdens they made their mind up WITHOUT a site visit that the fitter was to blame.
I tried customer care, and they said again without a site visit to see the damage the fitter was to blame.
I’ve left comments on the web site and the social media team have said they'll look in to this, they haven't come back.
They'll sell you a kitchen, but if you have a fault, in my experience they will not look after you.
In addition, they mixed up my orders and were going to charge £2k more than they should. Even after repeated attempts to get the order right, we have materials left over. Their design and quoting services are very very poor.
I’ve completed a big building project and used probably two dozen suppliers, Howdens have been the worst company I've dealt with by a garden mile.

Our kitchen came from Howdens in Alton. At the beginning I was undecided as to whether I would buy from them or from DIY kitchens but in the end I went with Howdens because a. they were local and b. Natasssia was just so helpful and patient while I kept changing my mind and being less than an ideal customer. The kitchen looks fabulous and when one of the units was found to be faulty Ben the manager came over immediately, agreed the unit had to be replaced and did so the same day. Can't praise the customer service enough - it has been immaculate - and a real testament to buying local. Many thanks to all the team at Howdens in Alton - we would give you six stars if we could!
