Great product, great service!
The tape measure holder product is great - well made, easy to install and so simple to use! Such a time-saver for me to always know exactly where my tape measures are when I'm not using them! Delivery took a little longer than expected, but I think that was due to Royal Mail rather than HPI Technology - and they were responsive and helpful when I contact them. Would definitely recommend!

Brilliant! Was looking about for nozzles for my ender 3 v2. These guys even with shipping were cheaper than amazon or ebay and for the genuine product! They arrived in 2 days and slotted one right onto the printer!

Shocking delivery
8 days to receive an item I paid for 24 hour delivery for!
I understand it was the New Year, but there were 2 full days before the weekend that were within the 24 hour delivery period, any other company would have sent my item, but you waited till the following week and it still wasn't 24 hours from despatch!
Never again.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed.
All customers purchasing over the festive period were warned on every single page of our website that if choosing a Royal Mail delivery service it would not be dispatched until the New Year. This is as they were not collecting mail from us again until 2023. I apologise you missed this message. For our usual next working day dispatch, you needed to select Evri Tracked at checkout as advised (which is cheaper than Royal Mail in many cases). Your package was dispatched as promised on the first working day of 2023 with Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Apologies you missed this message and we will look to make that even clearer in future. We tend to take a small break over the festive period, as otherwise it is a year-round operation ran by only a very small number of people.

Royal Mail strikes cause delivery delay
Due to the Royal Mail strikes the two fans I ordered arrived late, but HPI had informed me that this might happen which I thought was helpful.
Ignoring the delay, the price was very good and the fans do fit my printer.
