Jesse Yuan responded to my questions quickly and ensured me I was ordering the correct battery for my laptop and that it was guaranteed.
The battery arrived in great condition. Jesse's email to me suggested an internet query to learn how to disassemble/reassemble the laptop that led me to a couple of youtube videos that enabled me to install the battery successfully. It was a bit confusing to actually remove the battery but I found a video from HP that helped with that. Might be worth offering a query for actually removing the battery.

Battery will not allow boot-up without the charger.
Unfortunately this battery will not power the CMOS in my computer and requires the charger for boot-up. My computer does not have a separate button battery for CMOS. When the CMOS capacitor drains out after sitting for a while it will only boot up with the charger and then a CMOS error appears. It will run normally after booting up.

Battery related emails kept me informed on delivery, and delivery was prompt and carefully packaged. Installation was tedious with tiny phillip screwdriver, new battery looks exactly like the old battery, nothing out of sorts or puzzling, just patience needed with tiny screws and the electronic plug-in. I did get a tracking number nor a confirmation number so I can't do a review , I got this review email before I even got the battery is that normal, but since iam here I hope to get my battery soon, and I'll give a feed back .

Just Terrible And False Advertising
Terrible shipping (very expensive and late, and actually seems to be shipping from China, not California as they claim), and although their customer service is responsive, it is not helpful, and it's in China, so it's also delayed. The site gives the impression the company is in California, but it's not

Up online again
I hadn’t been able to use my laptop for quite some time due to the charger not connecting. I found this company online and took a chance in spite of the reviews. They shipped immediately and the charger worked perfectly. I’m back online again!! I definitely recommend and would buy from again!!

So far so good
So far so good. Installed my new battery yesterday running it today. Windows shows more hours than the batterybar software on my computer. Old battery was pruchased with the computer back in 2017.

Order actually shipped from CA
I placed an order with them because google showed their page on the top. I got worried reading their reviews after placing the order. The Paypal receipt shows the company is Shenzhen Aolisite Electronic Co., Ltd and I think they are actually based in China. To my surprise, the battery actually shipped from California and was delivered to me within 13 days. The battery capacity is advertised as 55.8Wh on the website but it actually is 50.8Wh. But, the battery is lasting about 6 hrs in my Envy X360 15M-BP111DX. I would definitely give them 5 stars if they list the actual capacity on the website.

Purchased a battery
Purchased a battery, and realized that it was coming from China after the order had been placed. At this time, I'm just a college student trying to not need to buy an entire new laptop, and am comfortable with taking apart laptops and desktops and doing repairs. Once I placed the order, they verified that they had my order on file, and sent the information to aolstecell.com. However, something got really messed up on their end, and they sent the package from China to New York instead of the address I'd provided in Utah. I tried to contact them and let them know that wasn't right, but I got a response to check my doorstep and that it had arrived. I checked, and it 100% wasn't on my doorstep. By this point, I'd waited a month and needed my laptop for classes. I sent Paypal everything that I'd received from them, including tracking and other information I'd been provided, and they were able to verify that I never received anything. I got a refund and immediately placed an order at Amazon for a battery with overnight shipping. If this company wants to succeed, they need to get a little more organized and develop a way to not let things like this happen again.

came a week late with weird screw issue
used USPS predicted 2-6 business days, arrived 2 weeks later. one of the screw mounting plastic prongs was off center and cant be screwed in. But, it was affordable and wasnt that late

This is a scam
This is a scam, misleading 3-6 days delivery and after that, you receive message 10-20 days or more, you can't cancel the order, you cant get a refund before you fill out some form on their web page that actually leads you to a blank page. On top of that, you have to pay $6 shipping fee and 10% restocking fee for an item that you cancelled before they even send it to you. Just avoid.

Slow service, poor communication
I did know I was buying from China, so didn't expect quick shipment. However, I can't forgive them for sitting on the order for 40 days without ever letting me know they had not shipped. After I inquired about the delay, they said it was not possible to ship to Alaska "at this time" and would I like a refund or like to keep waiting. I chose the refund, and had it within two days.

Fake U.S. storefront
The store website lists an address in San Leandro, CA with USPS delivery in 3-6 days. Similar to other complaints for related websites in UK, NZ, and AU, this company is actually based in China and is called Shenzen Aolisite Electronics, Ltd. The company misrepresents itself and has poor customer service. After ordering from them, they claim a "problem testing the battery." Other customers get same fake excuse for lack of shipment. This is apparently a scam.
