What a great experience and transition switching from ADP to HR for health. The personal care and attention to the uniques aspects of managing my practice and better taken care of through this company than through my previous one. AI is guaranteed as an assistance here but what I like is the response is always followed up by a human by default. I’ve been mainly working with Saamia for the setup and though it’s tedious it’s been a wonderful experience. The attention to follow up and making sure things are setup appropriately is a peace of mind. I was referred here by a few of my colleagues and I highly recommend using HR for Health.

Khizra did a great job of helping us make the transition to Gusto. It was easy and she did a lot of follow-up visits to make sure we were on track.

We are still getting hang of things since the new system is an adjustment. However, Khizra has been helpful throughout the whole process and I am very satisfied with the service.

With this situation, I would have appreciated a discussion as to how the descrepancy was going to be handled prior to running a special payroll. I was not given a choice before the fact. It worked out in my situation but if this would have involved another employee it may have not gone as well. Next time, I would appreciate a phone call prior to the special payroll being run.

I recently switched payroll services with HR for Health. I was really worried about switching at this random time of year. However, my specialist, Saamia Fatima, has made the transition so very easy. She is always so pleasant to talk to and extremely patient! I am an extremely happy customer and my staff love the new services!

I was on a call with Aroosa today for 45 mins and she went above and beyond to make sure that not only my questions are answered but that she took her time to train me on how to use the system the right way. We needed some extra help aligning things between 3 different businesses. Noman S. has been extremely helpful and very giving of his time and patience. This has been fantastic support. I originally wrote that first part back in July but accidentally did not complete the process to post it. Since then I have needed support and I automatically turn to Noman. He is great. To be honest, without support like Noman I am not sure I would have stayed with this. Now, because of the support I get and the trust I have in Noman, we would not even consider going to another company. The payroll portion of HR for Health has improved 10-fold and it is now smooth and easy. Thank you..
