Very responsive and helpful with all questions. They make it very easy to create employee handbooks, performance reviews, and disciplinary documentation. They are very knowledgeable about state laws to keep the practice compliant. When dealing with difficult staff situations, they provide constructive guidance when needed.

been waiting on the phone since 7am( I was the first one to call in but waited for an hour and 5 mins before someone picked up the phone). And that person transferred me to her and got it fixed. Would love to see the improvements of the wait time because it was ridiculous to call exactly at 7am when it first started and still had to wait an hour. This happened many many times and it definitely was not the first time
