There is certainly a learning curve in HR for Health. It's capacity also means that it's more complex than some other payroll systems, which means I've had to reach out for support a handful of times. We are a third-party accounting team, not the direct user, which also complicates things from my end.
The support team is so incredibly friendly and have succeeded each and every time in providing me the answers, instructions, or helping push through a process on the back-end
