Home Repair Network Limited (HRNL) manage property damage claims on behalf of UK Insurance Co's. We are appointed by Insurers to impartially validate a Customers claim in line with the Insurance policy terms, claims guidlelines and where appropriate, offer a fair settlement value or provide access to the services of an approved building repair contractor. We do not receive any commission / reward from Insurers for the outcome or value of a Customers claim. We are paid a fixed amount to provide our opinion on the cause and value of a claim. HRNL has a network of individual building damage surveyors and repair contractors to aid in the validation and settlement of a claim across the UK.

Helpful and friendly

Everyone I spoke to at HRNL was very helpful and friendly. John Arundale dealt with my case, he was very professional and followed up straight away to help me have my claim processed quickly. Very happy with his service.

Customer Satisfaction

I spoke to John Arundale about the issue today, I felt he gave me time to explain and listened intently, he asked clear concise questions and had a professional friendly approach with a can do attitude, while asking questions I felt he explained the process clearly and used time speak.
At the end of the call I felt valued and had a good outcome to the issue.
John is an asset to your company

Fantastic customer service

Had an unfortunate attempted burglary and doors needed replacing, the insurance company put me on to HRNL to check everything and move the claim forward.
Was dealing with John A, who's done an fantastic job reassuring me and acting very quickly to resolve this.
From start to finish 2 days. Excellent comms and speedy resolution.
Unheard of with insurance companies right?!
Would I use HRNL again?, absolutely!

Excellent work on my damaged front door veneer

I had front door veneer damaged. HRNL has found the right specialist quickly, they were informing me about the progress of the process but the most important is that my door looks like new again 🥰
Would definitely recommend.

After storm damage to our Conservatory…

After storm damage to our Conservatory roof we contacted our Insurance company. They contacted Home Repair Network Ltd who were quick in sending out a surveyor . He inspected the damage and confirmed it was storm damage. John Arundel at Home Repair Network arranged for Window Doctor to carry out the work. The whole process was a success due to the assistance we got from Home Repair Network Ld.

It was great to have Dianne to deal…

It was great to have Dianne to deal with the issues surrounding my Auntie's house insurance claim. She was polite, professional and genuine in helping us at the difficult time and was most patient with my auntie who is 97.

Simply useless..

Simply useless... Appointed by Direct Line to manage our claim. Offer a very low lump sum with zero detail to settle. The offer would not cover the cost of repairs. When asked to provide a breakdown of how this figure has been calculated they simply ignore emails. Local contractors cannot carry out works for the price offered. HRNL will not communicate or reply to my emails requesting more detail. Unfortunately it was not my choice to use them as they were appointed by Directline but if you ever get the choice do not bother with this company

Very efficient and prompt service

My clam was handled very promptly and I was guided through the process. Everyone I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. They took any stress out the process. All request for updates or information were responded to quickly.

Repairs after water leak

We are very satisfied with the way our claim was handled. Everyone involved did what they said they would do and kept us informed. We are particularly impressed with the quality of the work carried out ( removing the damaged kitchen floor and relaying with new boards etc).
