Excellent experience at Nottingham store
We visited the Nottingham store to finalise possible chair options, having seen possibilities on line. We were excellently served by Jo, who very personably outlined options, showed us possibilities to try out at length, and even arranged refreshments for us whilst we were doing so. And two of her colleagues came out to offer positive second opinions, which was really helpful. We did not feel at all pressured, but were sufficiently impressed to place an order on the day (reassured we had 48 hours to reconsider if need be).

Every shop should be like Nottingham branch of HSL. Welcoming, informative without being pushey, efficient without making you feel rushed and competent to deal with any request. We enjoyed the Coffee and felt the whole experience worthwhile. We bought what we were looking for.

Greeted by welcoming staff. She spent a lot of time explaining everything fully. No pressure to buy. I had travelled to Nottingham to visit my brother who took me to the shop. As I do not drive it’s not easy to get to your shop so this was a good chance. I will soon have a comfortable bed and chair. Thank you

The shop was easy to get to even though…
The shop was easy to get to even though we used public transport. The sales staff, Sheenagh and David were lovely and helpful but gave us all the time we needed on our own to try out different models and really discuss what we actually wanted. We were allowed to take our time, which we did, before committing. The coffee went down well too! All in all we had a pleasant experience and now look forward to our delivery date.

A very good experience from looking at the website, to the ordering of the Aysgarth chair from Jo from the Nottingham shop. We were impressed by all the help from all your staff, nothing was too much trouble and all of them represent the company in being very helpful and going the extra mile which gave us confidence in ordering the chair. We look forward to its arrival before Christmas.

Great purchasing experience
sales team were interested in what we wanted and needed , not in what they wanted to sell us. Consequently we feel we have the correct products for our needs and had a really good experience. The sales team were friendly, knowledgeable and patient.

From start to finish a great experience
Numan and Paul kept us well informed and arrived a bit early. Very polite, efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend HSL from the very helpful showroom staff (no pressure to buy) right down to the delivery staff.
