My home visit was both informative and they were very kind. As this purchase was a replacement chair I was impressed with the style changes.

First class service today from sue and Phil from the shrewsbury store when purchasing a bed. They were 2 lovely people and very friendly, they never pressured us into anything, gave us plenty of time to think about our purchase. Oh and the coffee was lovely too. Thankyou sue and Phil xxx

Marlene, Glasgow, was friendly and welcoming. She was knowledgeable and gave us excellent advice. We felt we were able to take out time to select the best chair for our elderly mother. Also given a very welcome cup of tea and biscuits - allowing us to sample the chairs for longer. Very pleasant and satisfactory experience.

really helpfully. They arrived on time, phoned ahead to say they were on their way, brought it into the house and unpacked it and ensured it was placed exactly where we wanted it.

Found Ann at Romeo corner branch, very helpful, made me feel comfortable all time, explained all the different ranges of chairs, show me different features that chairs have and found one which suited my needs, very polite as well as helpful.😊👍🏻

Very impressed with the service from start to to finish. All the staff from in the shop and through to the delivery were all friendly and pleasant and did their jobs well.

Andy and Wayne kept us very much in the picture with delivery. They were courteous, helpful and polite. They were patient when setting the furniture in position. I thoroughly recommend HSL.

Bought a dual control bed and HSL kept us informed all the way through to delivery. The delivery men were extremely good and assembled the bed in the room of our choice. They took care to get everything right.

Home visit. Wendy and John were most helpful without being pushy. They guided us thoughtfully through the experience of selecting the right seating for us. Reason for 4 instead of 5 was the post-visit lack of clarity in the wording of the order.

This is a great company to deal with. Sheila in the Litchfield showroom was brilliant. I have only given a 4 star because my lounge is around 18 feet square and I only have one place to put a reclining chair. HSL would not even move my chair 6 feet out of the way so that there would have been room to place my new one. I had to organise the council to come the day before delivery to remove my one one (HSL do not operate taking away the old one) and so had one really uncomfortable day. However Craig and Jed (who had driven down from Leeds) the delivery men who do not make the silly rules were brilliant. Careful friendly and really nice and set my chair up for me. Sheila Jed and Craig rate a 5 star review.

I have today received delivery of my two new sofas – oh how comfortable they are – I tried them as soon as the guys left me. They match beautifully the two riser recliner chairs we bought several years ago. I chose the same fabric so that it now looks like a suite and the room looks lighter and brighter.

I would like to say how impressed I have been with all staff who have been excellent from beginning to end. All have been friendly and helpful throughout. Adeel, particularly, went out of his way to help sort out my problems never rushing me and his guidance left me feeling satisfied that all would be well. I would definitely recommend your company unreservedly.

Sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had previous experience of HSL and were happy to return for this instance. Still awaiting delivery so cannot comment at this stage on the item purchased.

Andy and Wayne were helpful and friendly. They had to go round the bungalow to the front door to gain access. They gave good advice on operating the chair. Overall a good experience.
